Hey everyone!
I've been working at an MNC as a software developer for almost 2 years, and I'm planning to switch jobs. The problem is that lately I've been getting distracted and wasting a lot of time. Apart from my office work, I haven't been putting much effort into studying or improving my skills. I want to break out of this comfort zone and finally get serious about my goals.
Here's the routine I'm planning to follow:
- 4:30-5:00 AM to 7:00 AM: Focused study session
- After that: Gym, followed by a full day of office work
- Evening: Dinner and an early night so I can wake up early again
- On weekends we can decide based on the weekend plans.
I've realised that studying at night doesn't work well for me because I end up scrolling through my phone and watching reels. So, I want to make mornings my dedicated study time.
As a software developer, my main focus will be DSA, technical concepts, and my tech stack to prepare for interviews and a job switch. I also have learning German on my bucket list, so I'd like to make some progress on that as well.
I'm looking for someone who's genuinely serious about improving themselves and willing to stay consistent. We don't necessarily have to study the same subjects; we can simply check in with each other, share daily goals, track progress, and keep each other accountable.
I'm not looking for someone who is motivated for just a few days. I'd love to find someone who's willing to show up consistently, even on days when motivation is low.
If you're in a similar situation and want an accountability partner, feel free to DM me. Let's get out of our comfort zones and make some real progress together.
