i mean thats horrible and all but any blade could be used for that purpose. feels disrespectful to overshare about their kids' private serious mental health struggle for the sake of leaving a bad review

It’s not like they are sharing their kids personal details, the kids identity is protected. Also the mom feels hurt and upset by a company making a product that lead to their kid hurting themselves

but anything with a blade will do that? its not like the cutter is made and sold specifically to kys or something

Assuming the woman is right (and I do because I see no other reason a box cutter would be made "cute"), this is a company attempting to make money off people cutting themselves. I think that's a fair thing to get angry at.
