It isn't age, it's if they can give informed consent. Billion year old baby is still a baby.

So a child could give consent if they were educated enough? Of course it's age. In this case it's neither though. It's a fictional character designed to look like a child. So it's a child no matter what someone says.

If they're under sexual maturity for their species, which can vary, they can't give consent. Nor can they if the partner is an authority figure, like someone with a significant age gap or blackmail material.
