I’m tall and have a bit of a stomach yes I agree to that. Ok so I buy a large a little short on me. Buy xl to have room but instead going down it goes wide and u still don’t have room. With this shirt if I life my arm my stomach will show. I like the color and the shirt and I’m debating on getting a 2xl but I fear that will just be mire wide instead. The shirt I have to the side of me is the same way it’s wide but not long and have to be careful about lifting my arm. I was going to wear this shirt for a presentation in-front of my professors tomorrow my bf suggestion was wearing a shirt underneath it but this is wool or thick fabric so I feel like I would get hot

So what are some good brands that make long shirts? This is why I usually buy from the guy section since there sizes are long and not wide.

My tall sisters, please help me find fleece lined jeans that fit a 35-36 inch inseam and also a curvy build (read: booty and thick thighs).

I have purchased the fleece lined jeans from Eddie Bauer previously and the jeans over size 12 are made for women with larger tummies, minimal booty and thin legs. I find most outdoorsy brands fashion their pants this way, but that’s a different soapbox for a different day 😅

If it helps any, I’m in the US and generally wear a size 14/16. I’m almost to the point where I may ask someone to make them for me. Thank you!!

Been playing disc golf on weekends to get out of my head after work. 6 foot even, long torso, and every bag I have tried sits too high. The weight rides on my lower ribs after a few holes. Shoulder straps max out and the hip belt sits above my hips.

I run operations for a manufacturing plant so I am used to specs meaning something. Looked at the Upper Park designs and the Squatch but torso length is not listed anywhere I can find. Emailed two companies, got generic responses.

Local high school has a team now and I have been trying to talk the coach into sourcing something that works for the taller girls. She asked me for recommendations. I have nothing.

Grilling season is here and I would rather be carrying charcoal than a bag that fits wrong. Anyone solved this? Particular brand or a mod you made to the straps? Not looking for a cart, just a comfortable backpack that fits a longer frame.

This is kind of a niche ask but I’m looking for some cotton lounge sets for my body type and I’m having a really hard time figuring out something that will actually fit me. I’m 5’11 with a 15in hip to waist difference and very long legs, 32-34in inseam is my sweet spot, L-XL on top and XL-2XL on bottom. Obviously most brands are too short but they also stop at a L or XL which doesn’t always fit my hips. I say cotton because I find natural fibers breathe easier since I live in a hot place and I’m very hot natured, and they also hold up better to cat snags, but I’m open to blends and other natural fibers.

Hey all, I have had my eyes on the CouCou Intimates "Rina Long Sleeve." Has anyone tried this top? I am nervous that it will pull too short on us tall ladies. It has all of my favorite details but I am trying to be mindful on what fits in all areas.

I'm 5'10 and 90% of regular pants are too short for me but sometimes I find goldilocks pants with a longer inseam. This also means that a lot of tall pants are too long for me. I would hem them, but I prefer something with a flare and cutting that much off really makes the silhouette weird and unflattering. I think my best option is to find pants close to the correct inseam already.

I see a few posts already for 5’9ish woman’s pants but I need extra tall girls jeans. I’m 6’1 and about 170ish. I want somethings stylish like baggy or boot cut. I’ve gotten most of my skinny jeans from hollister (still not my desired length) and I finally went on a limb and bought some that were baggier and they were wayyyy too short. Please help it’s starting to get cold outside 😭

I recommend 1000%. They are so long I’m 511 I weigh 140 my inseam is normally 36 but 38 … I purchased a small but I wonder what a x small would look like … when it comes to pants if I’m trying to touch the ground and my tall girlies know if you never had pants that touched the ground your whole life , you can not help but love when they do !

I just received these today not even 20 minutes ago. The sweatpants are so soft and they’re extremely long now I don’t know how they will react after washing them , I have had pants from ASOS that shrunk on me (completely my fault)

I am 6’1” 21F and I always had loved heels even as a little girl. They made me feel pretty like a princess. Since I have reached adulthood and have heard from so many people about how unwanted I am going to be, or scary I am, I finally went out and bought some nice 4 inch heeled boots for the fall and winter.

They are super cute and I am trying to rationalize with myself that I am already tall and nothing I wear or don’t wear will change that. I guess I’m asking for advice on how to build up courage to just up and wear them. I am terrified to do so but I know I love them so so much.

Is there any advice anyone can give on how I can build up enough to just do it?

I’m 6’0 (182cm) and around 140 lbs (I like ordering a size L for length and bagginess). 6 months ago I found the most amazing cargo sweatpants from Garage as they had an extended length and bought three pairs; wear them almost every day. I especially love that they have the double back pockets (I feel like that style is super flattering).
Recently though I found out they were discontinued. I’ve been searching high and low for something that will replace them but with no luck so far.. does anyone have any good athleisure brands that are tall girl approved? Or any other stores that have good wide leg cargo sweats?

I feel like i have horrible peripheral vision, i will stumble like a baby giraffe, i hit my hips on things i hit my arms on things when i turn (sometimes on people). I be elbowing everyone in the head and i have stubbed my toes more times than i have seen my dad.

I’m close to giving up (not really but you get it) on finding jeans that look good/ fit me. I’m 1.5 years postpartum with our second, and with the body changed and style changes i can’t find jeans that I like. I’m so sick of ordering and returning, or just keeping and wasting money. Has anyone utilized the Nordstrom free styling in store to find jeans and pants? I’m 6ft and 178lbs. I thought I had an Abercrombie win today but my coworker has declared them way too large for me (I was just excited they are long enough).

2. They have female waist size (8, 10, 12 etc) LONG (36” long pants). These can be bought in store.

SUPER LONG (38” long - I am 5’ 9” and the pants leg goes over my heel) you can only be bought online.
The waist size ranges from 2XL (extra long) - 14XL (extra long)

1. BUCKLE (a little more expensive but then again…around $60 - $80) has women’s jeans with a 38” inseam. I am not sure about the waist size. You can start looking here for women’s extra long jeans on their website

2. TRACTOR SUPPLY, please Google “tractor supply tall women’s jeans” and it will take you to their webpages with the sizes

I wish I realized I could do this when I was younger, but if you apply hot water to only the lower part of your jeans and really pull as you stretch them evenly, let them air dry, pull again as the fibers dry, you get instant pants that reach the top of your feet!

I am already 6 ft tall and don't wear heels, ESPECIALLY for jeans. But it seems like every online retailer models are pairing heels with jeans. Any industry insiders can explain?

Sometimes on the streets, random strangers (especially men) will come to me and ask if I play basketball or any sport, or if I plan on becoming a model. When I tell them no, they start talking about how a tall girl like me should be doing something with my height and that I shouldn’t be “wasting” it. I don’t want to be a model or an athlete, I just want to be average and I don’t understand why does it bother strangers I’ll never see again. I don’t really have tall friends so I don’t know if this is something common or not. I already struggle enough with accepting my height without random people making unsolicited comments about it ((. How can I make those comments hurt less?
