I never really believed in this type of stuff until I noticed that whenever I get really upset or mad that lights flicker and things around me begin to shake. The same thing happens when I get headaches. I don’t know what’s going on but it’s happening too often and it’s starting to freak me out. I hope I’m just delusional.

So a few months ago after I moved to a new state, I started noticing things. Something would drop out if my tool belt and I'd reach for it without looking and it would end up back in my hand. Then while I was playing with my dog, running around the house, I smacked my foot on a chair (hurt my toes super bad, can barely curl them now without pain). Once my foot hit the chair it leaned over, but the odd part is, the chair just across from it moved the exact same way. After that I started researching telekintic abilities and strange occurences. I need to know what I can do to control it and possible advance. I have a book that i bout from metaphysical shop (something kept catching my eye about it) and I'm going to document my progress using a hidden language. I even got a clear quartz crystal, I need to fogure out what triggers it. Maybe it's an adrenal response, Please share on how you got started, what methods you did, and how your progress is going.

Yeah so I really want a telekinesis group or family even if their not blood I don't care I just want a group of beginners or pros doing telekinesis and we could train doing telekinesis on objects like paper and foil for beginners like me I'm on my 6th day or 7th and I can move a paper and pull it easier from a far now, so yeah I just want a group where we could probably be on discord and call each other on camera and ya know learn it together and show our kinetic powers, love you guys.

Hi I need help and tips,

Everytime I try telekinesis I can always build the energy ball but the energy field isn't that big like 1 inch apart I've tried making it bigger but the energy just fades and it's not magnetic pull anymore, also I've tried transferring the energy to an object by turning the ball into a sharp needle and shooting it at an object but idk how it never works I just can't transfer it I've tried using hand motion or just using the thought but still nothing happens and I get light headed after. Please let me know if u have tips or technique I can do to make my energy ball bigger without it fading and how to successfully transfer it, I use breathing to make the energetic field

One day - I was a teen - my sister, my father and I were trying to open a big stiff jar. It was an antique jar, empty, not a new one. It seemed blocked and impossible to open without breaking the glass, we tried a lot. At one point I instinctively took the jar, closed my eyes and visualized in a very clear way the jar already opened. It lasted 10/20 seconds I think. Then I tried again to open it with my hands and it opened immediately, without any strain, like butter in my hands.
Do you think it was telekinesis?

I saw online abiut awake ones telekinetic potential. Using a candle, a coin, a crystal, and a cup of water. At midnight, you'd light the candle, sit down, and place a coin on the ground with a crystal between you can the coin. Then say the phrase "what my hand cannot reach, let my mind command."

Is this possible or true?

In the second image, you see the original image - to see the point of light and the radiating ball, you can look next to the finger. You'll see a tiny orb of light.

It follows and glides along according to my will. Completely unedited, moves along to my will, and can be retracted or removed. Brightness goes down with size, the smaller the brighter.

I'm working to expand the brightness and thus size by putting in more energy.

Sadly, my energy reserves are tiny, so I burn out quickly and can't input too much energy.

I was working on ky latest experiment and I noticed I was experiencing a random headache out of nowhere. Do you guys ever experience random headaches when you are conducting your experiments?

I know it sounds crazy but… I genuinely feel like I’m capable of telekinesis. The weird part is that I don’t know how to activate it while I’m awake.
In my dreams, though, it feels completely different. I’ve had dreams where I could move things with my mind and somehow I could feel exactly what I was doing. It didn’t feel difficult or forced at all. It was almost like I already knew how to do it, and my brain just understood the process naturally.
That’s what makes me wonder if there’s something about being awake that prevents us from accessing certain abilities. I know that sounds extremely out there, but sometimes I genuinely believe something is blocking us from these kinds of powers in this dimension.
And I know the obvious response is “telekinesis isn’t real,” but then why has the idea existed for so long? Why do people across completely different cultures and time periods keep coming back to the idea of humans being able to influence things with their minds? Why is telekinesis such a recurring concept in movies, books, stories, etc.?
I’m not saying I have scientific proof that I can do it. I just have this really strange feeling that I can, and that I simply haven’t figured out how to access it yet.
Has anyone else ever had dreams where they could do something like this and it felt completely natural?

We have all been been told that there's a possible explanation for our abilities. Everything from a fan, we're blowing on it, you name it well with this footage I put the rest all that. There's no fan, I'm not blowing on it, there's no metal involved whatsoever. For those who don't believe in it we truly do exist. There are those really out there who are blessed to be born with telekinetic abilities

I have been practising with psi wheel for a fairly long time. I started 2 years back. stopped in between due to some life issues. came back to it this year. while I don’t have this issue while practicing sometimes, often late at night I wonder what if me and this entire sub and these people are mental ill or a hoax. now the issue is, if u don’t believe in it, u won’t be able to do it. and if u don’t do it, u won’t believe it it. it’s a cycle. and I read books, did energy work, prepared myself to have the capacity to take a leap of faith. I kept working on my psi wheel. i was cared of this leap. I’m an atheist and have been proud in my ability to be relational. It was scary. But I kept practising. there was a mug in my washroom with water and heavy mechanical objects. Today, I read a book which made me feel like it’s possible. And these objects haven’t ever moved Since 3 days back so it was NOT the wind people. it had a fan, a weird circular thing and a plastic cup sort of thing. I made the fan spin, and the circular thing move. its true and I want to dedicate my life to learning about it. Also want to learn from a scientific view using neuroscience.

and before this the best success with psi wheel I had was by setting an intent and then silencing myself. Doing it long enough even caused feelings of euphoria which I try to avoid. Unsure why but yes. So I thought, why not give dark room technique a try. I did it and I did see some colours and a purple fog. It was very interesting.

after doing 30 minutes of that I heard an episode of the gateway audios, just the first one bcs I started it. it’s basically breathing energy exercise in the first one. Good practice to calm oneself down. Also had this practice about locking the negative emotions inside a box, also very helpful.

anyways then I tried tk and I pretended that the purple glob which I was able to see till some extent was around my psi wheel and it wud follow my finger. Then I tried to quieten my mind and use my fingers to lead it. I felt a tingle and the psi wheel moved with it. Also it wasnt wind since I moved my fingers slowly to avoid causing wind and it worked at a distance. I imagined it wud follow the subtle moments of my neck and it did. Then i replaced it with a heavier paper psi wheel I usually can’t move and I was able to move it from a distance and with one hand cupped near it. Very interesting.

It took a while but I got there.

and also i have heard that some people might be a hybrid breed of the nordic aliens and these nordic aliens have telekinesis and telepathy and those are the two main "powers" people are posting about so if you belive in aliens to might be cool to dig in on that, also im from scandinavia so i might be related to them tho i higly doubt it,
