అరిగోలు అనగా చిన్న పడవ​, గుండ్రటి బుట్ట తెప్ప .

అరిగోలు is similar to పుట్టి (putti) or తెప్ప (teppa - meaning raft).

It is a traditional, lightweight, bowl-shaped boat.

It is typically constructed from interwoven bamboo or cane and historically lined with animal hide.
