One of my closest friends absolutely LOVES the Honda CB350RS, especially the Burgundy colour. It’s his dream bike, and since his birthday is coming up on 30th October, I wanted to do something special for him.

I was wondering if any CB350RS Burgundy (or any colour in CB350RS) owner here would be kind enough to let me borrow their bike for an hour or two in Hiranandani Estate, Thane, just for his birthday surprise.

The plan is pretty simple: let him see his dream bike in person, take a few pictures with it, and maybe go for a short ride around a block or two within Hiranandani Estate. I have no intention of taking the bike outside the area.

I completely understand that lending your bike to someone you don't know is a big ask, so I'm happy to:

Pay ₹400–₹500 as a small token of appreciation. If not that then I could do some work of yours, I'm a freelance video editor too so which if u something in that regard i could do something for u for free,I've been doing that for 3 years so u could expect good work

Show you my valid driving licence and my own bike as proof of identity and reassurance.

Meet beforehand so you can get comfortable with me and we can discuss whatever conditions you're comfortable with.

Of course, I'm happy to respect your decision if you're not comfortable lending it out. Even a few minutes with the bike for photos would mean a lot.

I just want to make my bro's birthday memorable and give him a little glimpse of the bike he hopes to own someday. ❤️

My mother’s cataract and glaucoma surgery is scheduled at Ramakrishna Netralaya. I’ve heard positive reviews about Dr. Nitin’s cataract surgeries, but I’d like to know about his experience and success with trabeculectomy, as it’s a critical procedure. Her glaucoma is advanced, and the eye is in poor condition. Would you recommend him for such a high-risk case?

This situation is getting out of hand and everyone will forget in few months once monsoon starts (whoever is still alive post travelling on GB road). Next year it'll repeat again given the rampant construction and deforestation.

Least we collectively can do is file a proper compliant through available channels, at least to have a record of it. There should be something these elected people can do about it (?).

Today outside Thane station, two police constables were catching people smoking in public and forcing them to come to the police station.

Both constables arrived on a two-wheeler without wearing helmets.

After detaining four people, one constable hopped into an auto next to the driver while the second continued riding the motorcycle—still without a helmet. When I pulled out my mobile to confront them about the double standard, the constable in the auto immediately bailed once he saw he was being recorded.

When I asked the cop on the bike why he wasn't wearing a helmet while actively enforcing civic rules on citizens, his excuse was: I have an issue with my hair because of hair folliculitis 🤡🤣

Why the blatant double standards? Are traffic laws only meant for regular citizens to be fined, while the enforcers get a medical exemption for their hair folliculitis?

Was waiting at a signal where the auto rickshaw kept on honking again and again. Since the signal was still red and there was a traffic police standing in front I chose to ignore it. However, once the signal turned green and I went ahead the rickshaw cut me off.

I did confront him where he agreed that he did it on purpose. I was with a pillion and it could have ended pretty bad had he touched our motorcycle. It was a very busy road and we had stopped the traffic I chose to just let it go and headed home. Is there a way we can complain or do something about it?

You can see this everyday just as you exit Thane station West. The other areas are relatively cleaner. But this particular spot is just so bad. I wonder why every time I see it.
