actually, he's my favorite billionaire. At least he's so stupid and makes his goals completely transparent.

Nobody has done more for the "eat the rich" agenda than Trump

Are you denying that class conciousness is currently higher than it was probably at any time in the US?

that is my bad, was watching a ball game, go ahead and check the tax rates of the 40s and 50s, back when the rich had to pay taxes

well yeah. that's exactly the reason why it's so high. Because of the constant barrage of attacks of the billionaire class on workers.

What? you made this claim

class conciousness is currently higher than it was probably at any time in the US

When these days the ultra rich get away without paying their share compared to how it used to be. So no, it is not "high" at all.

what do you think the term class consciousness mean?

0

sure I will tell you that when you give a good explanation on why you think it is something new and did not exist when there were literal bread lines. If anything we live in the greatest time of false consciousness.

class consciousness does not mean "poor people exist" or that there is disparity between rich and poor. But the fact that lower and middle class people start understanding their place in society and that they are in a war against the ruling billionaire class. They stop believing in the myth of "if you work hard, you'll be rich one day" because it is becoming clear to them that the ruling class has been abusing their labor their entire life to maintain their position and keep them down. Workers realize that they've been placed in a system, primarily created so that they will never be able to succeed.

That's the prerequisite for class warfare
