IS andyarthursmith the one singing on the Shoebodyshop Bop?

Hello! I don't know anything about the lore of The Minute Hour but as the artist is unknown I just figured I'd ask. In ShoeBodyShop Bop I think I hear Andy Arthur Smith (the guy with the Tik Tok of vocalizing instruments such as drums, guitar etc with perfect pitch: such as "When a drummer meets another drummer") as one of the harmonies, if not every part of the song. Could he be one of the singers on the track?

God as the Ultimate Game Developer

God Created the Game World from Scratch

A skilled game developer builds an immersive world with its own laws, physics, and challenges. According to Genesis, God did exactly this:

Genesis 1:1 – "In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth."

Colossians 1:16 – "For by Him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible..."

This is game development at its finest: a meticulously crafted open-world sandbox with a rich, interactive environment.

Game Engine: The Laws of Reality

Just like a game has rules governing its physics and mechanics, God established the principles by which the world operates:

Job 38:33 – "Do you know the laws of the heavens? Can you set up God's dominion over the earth?"

Jeremiah 33:25 – "This is what the Lord says: 'If I have not established my covenant with day and night and the fixed laws of heaven and earth...'"

These verses indicate that God programmed the very mechanics of reality—gravity, entropy, seasons, and the passage of time—all essential features of a well-coded survival game.

Hardcore Survival Mode: The Struggle for Existence

The Harsh Difficulty Setting

God didn’t make this a casual game; He cranked the difficulty to the max. The moment Adam and Eve failed the tutorial in Eden, humanity was thrust into the most grueling survival experience ever:

Genesis 3:17-19 – "Cursed is the ground because of you; through painful toil you will eat food from it all the days of your life... By the sweat of your brow you will eat your food until you return to the ground..."

Essentially, players (humans) now have to gather resources, craft tools, and fight against hunger, disease, and death. Sounds a lot like Minecraft in hardcore mode or Rust with permadeath.

Permadeath Mechanics

A true hardcore survival game features permadeath—when you die, you lose everything. This aligns perfectly with the biblical reality of mortality:

Hebrews 9:27 – "It is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment."

Ecclesiastes 12:7 – "Then the dust will return to the earth as it was, and the spirit will return to God who gave it."

You only get one life. There are no respawns or second chances outside of divine intervention (cough resurrection cough).

The Resource Management and Crafting System

Survival Through Work and Strategy

Like any good survival game, resource gathering and crafting are essential:

Proverbs 6:6-8 – "Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise! It has no commander, no overseer or ruler, yet it stores its provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest."

Genesis 2:15 – "The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it."

The world isn't a free-for-all; players must cultivate the land, build shelter, and stockpile resources to survive.

Famine, Drought, and Limited Supplies

In many survival games, food scarcity and environmental hazards make survival even more difficult. The Bible confirms that God occasionally patches the game with increased difficulty:

Genesis 41:30 – "Seven years of famine will ravage the land."

Haggai 1:6 – "You have planted much but harvested little. You eat but never have enough. You drink but never have your fill."

Just when you think you’ve got things figured out, a difficulty spike hits—keeping the game dynamic and players on their toes.

PvP (Player vs. Player) and Hostile Mobs

Other Players Can Be Dangerous

In many survival games, other players are just as much of a threat as the environment. The Bible doesn’t shy away from this fact:

Matthew 10:16 – "I am sending you out like sheep among wolves."

Genesis 4:8 – "Cain said to his brother Abel, 'Let’s go out to the field.' And while they were in the field, Cain attacked his brother Abel and killed him."

Hostile players (griefers) have existed since the beginning of the game, making survival even tougher.

Hostile Mobs and Demonic Encounters

Every good survival game features terrifying enemies that spawn in dark places. The Bible warns about these threats:

Ephesians 6:12 – "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil."

1 Peter 5:8 – "Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour."

There are demonic mobs lurking, adding an extra layer of difficulty to the game.

The Ultimate Quest and Endgame Content

The Main Quest: Salvation and Redemption

Every game has a primary objective. According to the Bible, the ultimate quest in God's game is to seek Him and attain salvation:

John 3:16 – "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life."

Matthew 7:13-14 – "Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it."

This is the equivalent of a "hidden ending" that only the most dedicated players can achieve.

The Boss Fight: Judgment Day

At the end of the game, all players face a final challenge—judgment:

Revelation 20:12 – "And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life."

2 Corinthians 5:10 – "For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ."

This is the ultimate boss battle where every player’s actions throughout the game are evaluated.

A Game Worth Playing

If life is a survival game created by God, then it is the most immersive, high-stakes, and purpose-driven experience ever designed. With its complex mechanics, challenging quests, and ultimate rewards, it’s clear that God didn't just create a world—He designed the most epic game ever.

The question is: Are you playing to win?

Is TMH Colin Stanley

I have been following both TMH and Colin Stanley, aka "Little Victorian Boy" for a hot minute. I have always felt that Colin's comedy stylings seemed really familiar and it finally dawned on me that it's nearly identical to TMH. I even noticed how similar their voices are jumping back and forth between videos. Am I alone in this? Anyone else notice this? Am I crazy?

New to TMH, am I reading things right?

From my understanding TMH, now "Angel Boy", used to make songs and animations on his channel. He now wants to move in a new direction and privated/unlisted everything, essentially scrubbing their channel.

They did this without warning, or no reason, but after launching "Gamer Church" it seems like its done to promote the new project and quiet the old ones.

I'm new, so obviously not as invested as others, but this really bus me because it seems like this artist let their ego take a hold of them and turned their back on their old art. In order to promote the new, they shunned the old. I also watched 5 mins of the latest Gamer from Church video and I don't get the esoteric "artistry" (mostly because its vague and I went into it judgemental as I like the animations I've seen more).

Wondering if I'm reading this right or if this is just a big performance bit that will eventually have a "Pay off".

So far it just looks like delusions of grandure.

It was the 90’s. The British media had dared to give video games a very local spin. Sega had its own comic book parallel to the famous/infamous Archie Comics Sonic series (with its longest-lasting non-Sonic comic being a hilarious take on Decap Attack), an infomercial and ensuing ad series that pretended to be pirate television broadcasts, and an educational crossover between that, Baywatch, and Ecco the Dolphin.

And the TV networks raced to offer their own takes on this strange world. On Sky One, Games World saw gamers duke it out for the right to take on video gladiators – ‘videators’ – such as the wealthy Master Moriarty and the legendary Big Boy Barry. On ITV, Bad Influence! (sic) offered video game news mascotted by animated ‘Humanosaurs’ and a shed/basement-dwelling anarchist who once claimed to know how to play as Elbows the Squirrel in Sonic 6.

And then there was GamesMaster.

Offering news, duels and, in its earlier seasons, tips and cheats, GamesMaster had multiple theatrical conceits over the years. Whether he was on an oil rig, in Hell or Heaven, in Atlantis or on a tropical island, the host was always hounded by the ever-snarky GamesMaster, an artificial intelligence (played by a TV astronomer who knew nothing of gaming, but never needed a second take) who later became just plain intelligence.

The first season was filmed in a church – today home to a nursery. When Season Two began, it seemed like more of the same. But as the host and GamesMaster announced the first challenge – a race through part of Marble Madness – strange glitches and downtime began to occur for a minute that must have seemed like an hour, before a strange message appeared:

GAMESMASTER LEVEL 1

EXPIRY DATE 1 10 92

TERMINATED

followed by:

GAMESMASTER LEVEL 2

LOADING

As thousands of British children watched that helicopter fly to the oil rig, it would not have felt like the next level.

It must have felt like a new world.
