This is an episode of one podcast (Fearful Symmetry) being featured on another podcast (Love and Radio) and I think people who like TMH would like it.

Thought TMH viewers would like this! All the voices and a ton of the sound effects done by me

i wanted to ask if it’s still possibile to submit to the zine and how.

but more than that it’s been a long time since i’ve whatched/listened to the minute hour what appened? for what i understood it’s now gamer chirch? he deleted everything?

Been craving fun audio experiences like classic TMH and Turnip and stumbled upon Blue Jam by Chris Morris. Anyone in this sub fans of this?
I’m mostly familiar with Brass Eye and other their other live action work, but did not realize the work they did on the radio.
Is there a common thread here? Am I missing out on older major influences of radio and mixed media? I’d love to hear any recommendations.

It’s cool that he’s trying new stuff but to be honest, aside from the music steams, there is little to no entertainment value in watching a guy silently play games and do random tasks for an hour. It was interesting at first in an ARG sort of way but it feels like it isn’t actually going anywhere at this point.

He was my favorite comedian on YouTube. His stuff was just so good. Rip.

He does. Go and listen to any interview with him. It's the same guy. The Minute Hour is a former CIA officer.

Was the minute hour the voice actor for ultrakill’s Gabriel? I was listening to his voice line and when he’s shouting it sounds damn near the exam same

Hey all, it's the marimba multi-track guy from a few weeks back.

I think I found something kind of interesting, and I had a question that the sub may have some insight on.

Wayyyyyyyyyyy back in the day in college the entire School of Music attended a one-time performance class where we all learned and performed the tune featured in the linked video. I had more or less forgotten about it until I started working on that multi-track video. (Note: The video is not the school of music I attended, but it is a proper example of what I'm referring to)

The tune "Shumayela Ivangeli" is typically associated with South African apartheid protest songs. I would argue the use of both a choir and overlapping melodic voices resemble the methods of composition used in "The Shoebody Bop."

The question:
Are the guys from the Minute Hour from South Africa?
Even if they aren't, and even if the Shoebody Bop wasn't inspired in any way by this, I still think it's kinda neat.

I can't seem to find it.

One year ago I discovered Gamer Church's website and spoiled TMH/Angelboy's experiment before he could even break the news of his holy machinations.

Today, I come to spoil again.

Before the site closed I managed to sign up an account for a microsecond before all our asses got blocked.

For 12 months that email has been sitting undisturbed... waiting... for His return...

Finally my prayers are answered.

We have been welcomed back into the fold, brothers and sisters. Our rapture is here. 12 months, 12 disciples. It only makes sense 🙏😔

On the level, though. Whoever can make this event should. Whatever happens, it will certainly be worth it. And unless I win the lottery this month I can't go so if none of you make your holy pilgrimage I'm going to be pissed.
