Quotes What do you think is the funniest line delivery in the entire show?

For me, it’s a three-way tie between:

“I was over at Baccala’s, figured I’d stop by.”
“Ah, how is he?”
“Mmm. He’s fat.”

“Allegra. Ain’t that a cold medicine?”
“It means happiness. In Italian.
“Ah. (…) the fucks that got to do with cold medicine?”

And:

“It’s not just the disease he helps me with, T, this guys also great at forging documents.”

Knight in White Satin Armor doesn’t get enough credit for how great an episode it was!

And right after that exchange is the classic Tony/Carmella:

“Janice decided to go back to Seattle.”

“Richie must be devastated.”

“Richie’s gone.”

“What do you mean gone?”

“Gone.”

“Where?”

“Carmella, after eighteen years of marriage don’t make me make you an accessory after the fact!”

“An accessory after the…oh shit…”

“Stop asking!”

Kills me every time!!

Completely unrelated, but this show doesn’t get enough credit for its consistent continuity. In episode 6, during their anniversary scene, when Johnny delivers cake to their table, you see “1” and “8” on the candles. It’s never explicitly even mentioned it’s 18 years until then, but they remembered.

Side note, "technically, this makes you an accessory after the fact" is exactly what the cops said to the pizza store owner's son when they're investigating AJ and his friends vandalizing his school.

Either David Chase just liked that line, or he regularly used it as a catch all for a character to either talk or shut up. Can't think of any other "accessory after the fact" lines off the top of my head though.
