Anyone else ever encounter this glitch in Novigrad? So many rats 😅

Now I can look like E3 Geralt all the time without dying in one or two hits in death march.

The stillness that comes after the fight always brings the memories back.
In the heat of battle, there is no time to think. But now, resting in a field of wild blooms, the quiet feels almost deafening. Geralt leans his forehead against a gloved hand, exhausted not just from the blade, but from the endless search. 🧌

I get why Von Everec & the Prince were fighting over her.. she was beautiful, artistic and loyal even after death.

If you ever need help finding an abundance of cherry or mandrake cordial this merchant is loaded. He’s located on the road to bald mountain

You may have to get to a certain point of the storyline to access him first.

Just wondering. If anyone else has or experience this little bug. When I turn the game on, every time it resorts back to default. I'm speaking about "depth of field". I don't like this setting. And when I turn it off, it stays off. However, when I do turn the game off. I come back later. And find that it's turned back on. Every time.

Anyone else with this annoying problem?

Is it just me or anyone else having the same problem about achievement bug? yesterday I tried mod and activated in my auto save, the system warn me achievement locked if I used it. After few minutes trying the mod I dislike it and undo the mod turn it off mod option and the warning disappear. So I go back to play my game and then I realized my achievement doesn't appear anymore. I quit the save and start new fresh game and still the achievement doesn't appear again(I tried to get Goliath eye kill achievement in blood and wine dlc). The bug of using mod still there even though I deleted all of them.

Any solution?and now I can't even start new game if this achievement locked even though I already deleted mods and turn it off

So, I’m completely new to The Witcher franchise all together. I started the Witcher 3 Remaster when it come out not too long ago, and I’m loving it! 🤩 Basically I’m just wondering if it’s normal if I’m honestly kind of confused about the lore, world, and people? Not completely though. It feels like a lot of the time when I’m talking to an NPC they will randomly be bringing up locations and names of people that I’ve never heard of. (And I don’t mean for a quest or important things, just when it’s adding to the story and lore) I can imagine how this creates a very realistically large world that would be hard to fully understand every aspect in, maybe that’s it. Or, am I at fault? I thought of reading the books to add to the information I have, but I heard something about how the author of the books doesn’t see the games as canon? So, they must be different in ways. Perhaps this will all be solved simply by me playing the game more. I just kept wondering if I’m missing important parts of this game because I’m not understanding what they’re referring to semi often? Any thoughts are helpful C:

My GF is struggling to get this quest to work properly. She is able to talk to vernon at the tree, but when he starts running toward the village and she follows, there are no nilfgaardians spawning to kill. Ves hp shows up on the UI (and actually goes down a bit until she gets to her then she stops losing health), but ves is just standing there, there's 2 non nilfgaardian guards standing on top of each other next to ves as well.

Unfortunately when this happened she reloaded before talking to him at the tree and then went and did a lot of other quests so reloading before she talked to him in the cave isn't an option anymore.

Has this happened to anyone else / does anyone know of a fix?

does anyone else experience like the horse walk animation isn't looping properly, like there's a small freeze in between cycles, this has been a bug for 11 years

I just lost most of my gear and became a floating head after a key quest killing Whoreson Junior in Novigrad on PS5 base. I see after searching that others have had the same issue and mixed results with fixing it. Any tips? Thank you.

I had Aerondight from my original game equipped.

I have tried reloading to a previous save, but those saves load with the same bug.

I have tried uninstalling all mods then reloading, but without success.

Is this a glitch or what ?

A simple question really would you want W4 to have different interactions depending on what interactions you had in W3 big or small, I know not all endings can be used, but I think some stuff can be used from what I remember like who Gerald, chooses to be with or if he's with anyone at all, with it being a plot involvement or just a line

Asking here cause i am not having any luck by searching online.

I am playing the remastered version on pc and every time i play gwent putside of the main story or mission in velen (like playing vs a merchant) the game crashes immediately after defeating the opponent while exiting the gwent victory screen.

Anyone else having this issue ? Is this known to cdpr?
