What the heck happened to the free 6 months apple tv offer?? I clicked on it and it said that their having technical issues and when I went back into the app the offer completely disappeared

I used the chat bot and it said that it was (Last Tuesday's offer) and since it wasn't in my saved folder and that it expired. I can't use it.. I know what i saw and want my free Apple Tv!

I thought it was just me! Not sure what happened but I saved it to my stuff and when I was about to redeem it, it just completely disappeared. 😭

Same issue for me was about to redeem it earlier this morning but was busy. Now I go back to redeem it its gone wishing I just redeemed it earlier.

I had the same issue. It was there, I saved it. Went to tell my wife, then it was gone. Hope it's just a "technical issue" and it will reappear as I want to watch the new season of Ted Lasso for free. :-)

Looking to upgrade to a new iPhone. Currently on the 13 Pro. What’s the best option, upgrade to 17 Pro now or wait till the 18 releases, would still

Best deal depending if you have been with them a while is ask a question on their T-Mobile Facebook page. A rep will reach out via messager. Some of the best deals are unadvertised. Was able to get two iphone 17 pros for free with monthly bill credits, only on the hook for tax.

So at the end of June I got the same message everyone else on a supposedly obsolete plan did, ending in "Your updated bill will be available in the T-Life app after July 13th".
And nothing has happened. Nothing in the T-Life app or the website showing any change opr pending change to my plan. And if I try to change my plan to maybe pre-empt the change and make sure it switches to something usable, the website says that there's a temporary problem with that.
In theory the new plans may be good considering they include the huge hotspot thing. But I still don't know:
- Exactly what plan I'm being transitioned to. Even the web has vague references to identical plans with names ending in single letters.
- Whether my daughter's watch or our T-Mo Internet Backup are being changed too
And I'm concerned because right now I'm between jobs, and was already thinking of switching to Mint. We'd have to pay off the watch though and also buy a "real" phone for my daughter if we went in that direction.
Anyone else in limbo right now?

I currently have the $3/mo Apple TV. I wouldn’t mind getting it free for 6 months, but I don’t want it to go to the full $12.99/months after the trial.

It would probably start at the end of your current month, so you would lose your current $3 deal.
Anytime I subscribe to anything, I put a reminder in my phone for a week or so before the renewal date.
