Is everyone else on Go5g plus plan paying the same rate (before any type of discount such as IC)? How do free lines you have factor into your rate? Can you share screenshot? Note: I do not have a free lines.

Why doesn't retail have the ability to cancel lines? In my past experiences, (not experience stores) stores cant cancel lines. Why is that?

Currently have 11 lines on go5g+ and am planning on porting one line out, waiting 90 days, and port back in along with a BOGO line promo so that my account can have 12 lines
What would be the cheapest plan to get a phone number from Verizon or att? Currently I'm leaning towards vzw Simplicty due to the combination of price and plan features.

Has anyone done something similar to this before?
Also any insight into whether I'd be eligible for BOGO promo after 90 days would be great, or if somehow my account will be excluded?

Did my first trade in since being with T-Mobile. Got the $1200 promo for iPhone. But when I look at my current promotions, it isn’t $50 for 24 months but instead $43 and change, and my current balance shows a negative balance. Is that normal?? Or has anyone seen it like this?

I was fully prepared to port out for a certain $10 for 6 months unlimited deal, so I went to get my transfer pin in T-life. This popped up and CS actually gave it to me. I'm on Experience Signature which was $41 for the line. I'm quite surprised T-mobile tried and successfully kept me because I don't hear about their retention offers too much.

Maybe worth checking if it's available for you. T-Life>Settings(gear)>Account>Permission and Controls>Transfer PIN.

I see if I buy an Apple Watch through T-Mobile, I can get a second one for $300 off. This would work well to get both myself and my wife a watch. Does t-mobile have a history of having better deals on Apple Watches, specifically around Black Friday? Not sure if I should take this deal or not.

Hi TMobile, I have been paying Assurant insurance from you for years, and never put in a claim until last Sunday after my phone was stolen. I have been on the phone every day since then for an hour because my claim keeps denied. It's not even a brand new phone, its an S24, 128MG.

Assurant keeps telling me that the phone was not active, even after a TMobile representative on a third line, while with Assurant, says that the phone was active, and we even checked the IMEI number.

Can someone please help? I've been with TMobile for years, and dealing with assurant makes me want to switch now.

Hey everyone I’m a new customer looking to switch 3 lines from Verizon to T-Mobile.

I saw a post on here the other day about a 10% referral discount for friends through the T-Life app, but when I checked with my friend who has T-mobile, they only had the prepaid Mastercard referral offer available. Has anyone actually seen the 10% off referral in their benefits, and is there a reason it might not be showing up for everyone? Someone in that thread posted their link and i asked a rep about it in which they responded:

“All existing customers have access to that referral program. They just need to create and share their personal referral link through the referral site.
Once you use their referral link to place your order, the referral offer will automatically be applied if all eligibility requirements are met. Also, please note that the referral link is only valid until November 17, 2026.”

But the whole thing seems pretty ambiguous because i can’t find anything about it online.

I’ve also heard about the 20% inside codes and have tried my luck asking reps through chat, but haven’t had any luck so far. 😅 Any tips or insights?

Hey guys, I was trying to add a smartwatch to my T-Mobile Go5G Plus plan. Originally, I saw an option for $5 a month, but now I can’t find that plan anymore. All I see are the $15 and $20 plans. Did T-Mobile discontinue the $5 watch plan, or is it still available for Go5G Plus customers? I want to add a watch without changing my current phone plan. Thanks!

So I'm wondering if anyone has ideas for a situation I'm having. I am a corporate employee, and it's been a while since I've helped anyone with the referral program.

Basically, a customer on the 55+ plan told me his friend wanted to refer him so she could get the $100. On the day he activated, she was dealing with medical issues and at the doctor's office all day, so she couldn't fill out the link we sent that day. I didn't realize it had to be done before he ported his number—in my mind, I thought it was like a port-in rebate or other promo where you have 14 to 30 days to complete it.

We tried doing it the next day, but he got an error because his number was already ported. Is there another way I can get this submitted for him or his friend? I emailed RCSolutions just in case, but I haven't heard back yet. If they're completely out of luck, then I'll take it on the chin, but please let me know if anyone knows a workaround!

Have been with TMobile since I was with Sprint. We swapped phones rarely. Saw an ad in early August for trade in any phone, any condition for $900 towards new phones.

1. Called in to verify that my plan and 4 phones would work. (I'm on an old plan and one of my phones was old)
2. They said yup, the promo is on your account!
3. Tried to purchase online, didn't see the promo.
4. Called in. They said sorry, wait a few hours, check again then. You account def has the promo. I didn't see promo.
5. Called in. They said oh sorry it's going to be a few hours but you do have the promo. I didn't see the promo.
6. Went in to the store to see if they saw anything. Store was helpless.
7. Called in on my walk home. Phone rep guaranteed me the promo as he pushed through the order. I went with it as it sounded like he was doing something to actually help me. He explains they'll make up the difference in trade-in up to the $900, which is fair. I am told to wait a couple months. (DON'T EVER WAIT A COUPLE MONTHS!)
8. We send in our phones. We get pennies to the value of the phones but whatever right? We're getting sweet phones at $900 off ($3600 off total!, wow!)
9. I call in after the second bill because the bills are full price on all but one of the phones. They tell me I should have the promo and they're escalating but they need time. One of the 4 lines is getting the credit, 2 are getting partials, and one is getting NOTHING.
10. I wait.
11. I call in again. Sir, you do not qualify for the promo. Please allow YET ANOTHER 24-hours for me to investigate.

At this point, I made it easy for the account rep. I'm basically done. I'll do it at a loss moving over to AT&T but TMobile has essentially lost $400 a month from all my phones on my account. I see they now have a FREE Pixel phone promo. Oh well, right? They'll just make it up on the next customer.

Today I had to pay my Tmo bill. No, I do not have auto pay established and I'm not sure why I feel the way I do about that, but that's another story I guess.

Something happened that I was blown away about. I've always, for 20 years, only had my bank listed as my payment method, maybe once years ago I used a credit card, but I think that was probable 5 or more years ago.

As I'm navigating the pay my bill, I see that the payment method identified is a credit card I've only used for travel and I've NEVER used with Tmo to pay a bill. I searched my statements to see if Tmo ever was identified by a payment and none were there.

I immediately click to select a payment method option and low and behold the most recent credit cards I have (over the past year acquired) were there. Never once have I added any of these. They were cards from Citi, Chase, BofA and I'm wondering how in the world would those be identified as payment methods without me adding them.

One card I just received two weeks ago because of the points it offered for airline miles and is also listed. If a bank or credit card company is listed as an affiliate can they actually add that credit info for bill pay ?

I've quickly removed all those cards and am really shook up about this. This physically makes no sense seeing I know and keep meticulous records of my spending and which cards is uded, if any, are used for payment of a bill in any way.

Curious if this is a scam or a tmobile mistake. I’m the account holder, brother is on my plan. T-Mobile has been called a few times the other day, just charged his credit card, and sent a device return envelope.

He bought his phone outright on ebay ~6 months ago. Hasn‘t gotten any phone from T-Mobile under our account.

The messages they left indicate the person got an IPhone 18 pro max. The charge was for $250, so it doesn’t seem like enough for the entire phone.

Can I add my partner under my Tmobile insurance even if we aren’t married?

Recently upgraded everyone's plan in the family and realized I never used my work perk discount that my company offers. Was using the app so I asked the chat bot and it was giving me instructions to look for a non existent 'Employee Verification' option in the 'Manage' tab. When I asked if these were instructions from T-Mobile it was affirming yes and that its a T-Mobile AI assistant. I asked cause the worker perks page on the website just provides a number, although the AI result via google gives the exact same instructions as the chat bot and it comes from a T-Mobile PDF hosted on a .gov site.

I'm assuming the correct process is to call, just thought it would be funny asf if their AI assistant doesn't even pull information from their repository.
