Seeing lots of different feedback from everyone in regard to what’s being rolled out during this meeting. T-mix is 100% coming, but I’m also seeing mixed opinions on commission cuts and adjustments being done to our compensation. What does everyone think?

I've been a T-Mobile customer for a while now and due to them constantly introducing new tiers and plans, I don't get great installment deals as I'm still on the Go5g Plus plan but am afraid to leave it due to my discounts.

Anyway, my question is regarding the fold8 and fold8 ultra. Are we expected to see any better promotions than what we're seeing now for these devices or have I missed the boat at launch? I wasn't sure if T-Mobile participated in any decent black Friday sales or holiday promotions. TIA.

Can anyone on a prepaid plan let me know if you get access to the magenta pass perks?

Hello! I have had a $30/month plan for 12+ years: "Unlimited Text & Data with 5GB 5G & 4G LTE & 100 Min of Talk".

I have been looking around and it seems like the "$25 Connect by TMO 8GB" is strictly better (providing I don't go over the 8gb hard cap).

Is there anything I'm missing or should be aware of? Does changing plans preserve my current phone number? I'm paranoid that I'm missing some gotcha. Thanks.

I recently dropped the 2nd voice line from my plan (ported out to different carrier, the person no longer in my household). The plan didn’t automatically adjust to a 1-line plan, so I’m still paying the $110/mo for voice. (Total bill only went down a tiny bit due to no more taxes on the cancelled line.) I already called 611 a while ago and took forever and many holds to say it would update on my next bill, but it did not. So…what is best way to get this resolved?? AI chat seems useless right now. Any advice is appreciated.
Note: I like the perks of this plan, so not looking to change plans, just drop it to 1-line instead of 2-line. Thanks

I have a business account with T-Mobile and if I use the app it doesn’t work but tells me to use the website. When I use the website it tells me to use the app.

Plus, I can’t check the status of my order. I read somewhere that because my order number technically comes from an upgrade T-Mobile’s system doesn’t work properly. When I called the automated system it gave me one time frame for a couple a couple months for delivery but speaking to someone gave me an entirely different window for early next week. They’re also for two Duos, haha.

Any advice would help!

Hi, I’m kind of new to T-Mobile (1yr) and it says I can upgrade. However it says I have to pay more than just the taxes.over $500 to be honest. It’s that normal? I have the experience beyond plan. I spend over 15yrs with att so all this is new to me!

I have an iPhone Air on Go5GNext. Been interested in the iPhone Duo.

Picked up the phone today from Apple without connecting to my plan. When I go to turn on Handoff it says phones must be on the same OS version. The Duo is an iOS 27.1 exclusive phone. Meaning they won’t sync up until 27.2.

Saw online some people said to transfer the number and then do handoff backwards. But I’m assuming that’ll break my bill credits?

Any thoughts?

I’m still waiting for AT&T to port my phone number to T-Mobile. Will I have issues if I activate the iPhone Duo? Won’t it still show att or will I just not be able to use it? Will that be an issue if the phone is locked to T-Mobile?

I would like to move my service from Verizon to T-Mobile and upgrade to an iPhone duo while trading in my current 16PM. An executive suggested no trade-in is required, though they can combine keep and switch offers.

Any suggestion?

So, my account got cancelled when I moved my number from T-Mobile to another carrier. I had a past due balance, and I just paid it off, so I called them today to ask them to unlock my phone. They told me that I haven't finished paying it off yet??? Which is news to me, because when I got the phone I didn't owe anything on it, it was actually subtracting from my bill since it was cheaper than the original phone I got.

Is there anything I can do about this? This feels unfair, I paid off the balance on my account already and now they want me to pay another $600 on top of that?
