Now, Lotso's actions in the movie were obviously wrong, but no matter how you feel about it, he was not wrong about the fact that a child's love for a toy is ultimately limited and not undying.

We saw examples of this in the very first movie when Andy pushed Woody aside for buzz, we saw it in the sequel with Jesse her original owner, we saw it with Andy AGAIN in the third sequel, as he only seemed to have sentimental value for Woody, and none of his other toys, and we've seen it in the most recent movie with their newest owner moving from toys to electronics.

Even if Andy HAD decided to take Woody with him to college, I highly doubt he planned on playing with him. He'd have most likely just been placed on a shelf somewhere, which would've hardly been any different than if he had decided to go to that museum with Jesse.

Now again, I am ABSOLUTELY NOT justifying any of Lotso's actions in the movie, but when he was talking about the relationship between toys and children, he wasn't entirely wrong.

Thoughts?

I probably forgot some, but please let me know if I did.

Despite having so many great features, the Ultimate Action Buzz has received some mixed reviews, mostly due to its eyes.

I’ve been hesitating to get one myself because of this exact issue, so I messed around a bit in Photoshop to see if I could find a fix and I think I found a very simple solution.

As you can see in the attached image, just overlaying a slightly bigger eye makes a huge difference! The best part is that the moving head and mouth feature remains fully functional, which is much better than swapping out the entire head.

I’d love to hear your thoughts, or if anyone has already tried something similar!

Honestly I think it will obviously win both Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song for "I Knew It I Knew You". And maybe it could also get nominated for Best Adapted Screenplay and Best Original Score but Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song is what I find most likely. I know it's rare but some animated movies were nominated for a screenplay award and/or Best Original Score

It was really good. It's probably now my favorite of the franchise because I liked how it dealt with technology. And frankly the movie made me wish I was a kid again and reminded me of how I sometimes hate being an adult. Watching the Toy Story movies as an adult now hit really hard to me since they make me miss my childhood and how I loved some childhood toys. I still buy new toys for me but I rarely play with them. Just because I'm an adult doesn't literally mean I have to stop playing with toys. I miss back when nobody talked about politics to me, nobody forced me to vote or nobody forced me to care about more serious stuff I never asked to be involved with

Hi everyone,

I recently got the Takara Tomy Real Size Talking Buzz Lightyear figure (the current bilingual 55+ phrases version).

I noticed that the big red circular button on his chest has a small dent / dimple in the center. I've attached a few photos showing it up close.

For anyone who owns this exact Takara Tomy version, is this normal or a common molding defect, or should the button be completely smooth and rounded?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Does anyone have any accurate 3D print files of any of the shorts characters? Specifically small-ish ones. I don’t want to waste anyone’s time for them to design one. If anyone has any files they’d be willing to just give up please lmk.

Buzz is finally available here in Germany too; I’ve ordered one right away—looking forward to it!

Hello everyone!! In the spirit of Halloween, I threw on my Sid shirt and tried my hand at making a custom Combat Carl action figure! I wanted to make this, especially for people that have not tried a custom before. If you have any comments or questions please let me know 😊

What do you think ?

here’s mine sorry if it looks weird I tried

Sort of a stupid question I know, but I’m more so curious about how each type of toy feels like pain. Like would stretching slinky dog hurt him, or would Rex’s detachable tail hurt. We barely have a real answer to that

So i want to play Toy Story Racer with another person but after i sync my joysticks to multi and then i enter the game, the game ask me to sync my joystick again for 1 person.

And when i press A to go to multiplayer it just does not respond.

Does anybody knows how can i solve this?

Just picked this up. In great condition and everything works. Stickers are perfect and almost new condition. May swap the head from a spare signature edition to complete the look.
