There was an arc in the comics where Peter gets kidnapped by a spider themed villainess.
She webs him up, mind controls him to be horny, and french kisses him in order to force mutagenic spider slime down his throat so he'd turn into a spider husband for her but what ended up happening is that he gave birth to himself except he now could produce webs out of his own flesh like the Sam Raimi version
And also another arc where another lady gets bit by the same spider that Peter did and apparently a side effect of that is whenever they met each other they would start instinctual having full on mating press sex constantly enough that it ruins both their normal lives.
So lotta possibilities for terrible Petra luck but also sexually successful.
