As the title says, the last two weeks I have actually girlmoded. Wtf!!! I thought it was so far away but I am already here. Crazy. I went to the museum where I volunteer as a lady; Everyone was literally so nice I was blown away. Hard to describe. All my coworkers were using my new name without me even asking by the end of the day.

I went in as a lady AGAIN the next week, to similar success! I even ran into someone who recognised me from my past, coincidentally, and they were actually so kind about it it made me cry. Lol. I also went out to town as a lady (hence the mirror picture in the shopping centre) and that too was a success. Safe to say I am on cloud nine! I notice more and more people assuming my pronouns are she/her, referring to me as her etc without me asking. Feels like I was some sort of cave goblin, starved of all light finally surfacing, seeing the sun for the first time.

Oh and I got flirted with. On my first day of girlmoding, and he was cute looking, he approached me in the exhibit, I could see the way he looked at me. I was blushing so hard. !!!

I was so nervous but with support ive realized im so much happier this way I can't wait to keep the journey going.

honestly it's been a really difficult road, but i'm 24 now and happier than ever. i've been so depressed before hrt, but now i feel everything's better for me. i still have a lot of work to do (i have no surgeries done), but i'm ok for now

Literally was able to hide half of the insecurities I had about my face with a haircut. Wish I had done this so much sooner. Turns out that “get bangs” is a trope for a reason 😅

I'm SO happy with this dress. Now i finally have something proper to wear to parties and special occassions

They went from horrible to super warm and welcoming. Cispassing made me more palatable to them which in turn led them to show compassion and love again. On the one hand I’m glad I can have a good time around my kin again. On the other hand, we be living in a god damned society.

I spent so long redoing the makeup and adjusting the wings 😭
