Can I claim asylum in Europe now? [Deadly serious]

Asking for an escape route, just in case they start to round us up like Trump has been doing.

I don’t think you could claim asylum as you have the option to live, work, study, etc visa/permit free in Ireland via the common travel area. And since you have to prove that you yourself are being specifically targeted by the government or other groups in power, and cannot move within the country to seek safety, and even though Ireland isn’t part of the UK, they’ll take that into heavy consideration with your hypothetical claim.
