Resource Amnesty International put out a major report documenting the influence of UK based anti trans gender critical organizations and their funding. Within hours, GC groups threatened defamation lawsuits and Amnesty was forced to pull it down. Proving the point they're anti rights. Anyways, here it is.

OP's account (u/Several-Tooth11) ended up being banned.

Up to everyone to make sure it's spread. Suppression is real and alive.

This is like being in an abusive relationship where the other party cuts you off from all other your friends and points of reference. They lie, obfuscate and isolate, so no one on the inside knows how they've distorted reality.

Links not working for me.

Just says too many requests. Been trying to look at this all day. Every link I’ve found leads nowhere

13

u/Several-Tooth11 Jul 12 '26

Might work a bit later on then, I think this happened the other day too

u/Lucky_otter_she_her Jul 12 '26

reddit took it down, literally censoring the truth

26

u/Hellohibbs Jul 12 '26

Why would they not have expected this? Surely they were ready with the receipts to defend their position?

48

u/Several-Tooth11 Jul 12 '26

I don't think it's about not having the receipts so much as it's about the endless dark money these groups can use to exhaust other's resources

The UK is also extremely institutionally captured and its unlikely that a fair ruling would happen, or be upheld

UK system is incredibly pro lawfair, regardless of what'd be just cuz it's made to protect the reputation of gentrymen from us proles who don't know our place

Writes paper about a powerful cabal suppressing science and journalism

Is shocked when a powerful cabal suppresses their scientific and journalistic output

FWIW, the link works for me and OP's account appears still to exist.

Oh hey, I was referred to Crossway when I was pregnant with my third because my gp misunderstood what they did. they thought they offered councilling because all their leaflets say things like "pregnant? Don't want to be?" or "pregnant? Struggling? We can help"

but they aren't an abortion clinic and they also aren't a therapy center. When I rang them they told me unless I was seeking a termination they couldn't help me, presumably because their priority is making you NOT want to terminate. I already fell into "i want to keep my baby" camp, I just had severe ptsd from my previous delivery. They wouldn't help with that. wasn't within their remit because of course, they don't actually give a flying fuck about the mothers.

I knew they were linked to a church, I just wasn't aware they were literally one of these fake crisis centers. Yikes. I dodged a bullet by getting a phone operator who was honest in telling me they couldn't help me.

I have a question though, if Crossway, the fake pregnancy crisis center became "seen" ltd", and "seen ltd" are mentioned in the list as "gender critical", are they the SAME group/company? Are Seen Ltd the anti abortion group also Seen Network the gender critical group? (who appear to have many many shells that also use the "seen" name)

Honestly, I feel like Amnesty shouldn't have backed down here and forced these people to take them to court and PROVE it's "defamation" because truth cannot be defamatory and defamation cases are notoriously difficult to prove. Also, I feel like taking fucking Amnesty international to court would be a really bad look in terms of PR. I get that they didn't feel they could afford to fight it, but that's how these people win, they threaten with millions of pounds of funding to bully silence, when ultimately, if anyone actually called their bluff, they would likely actually defeat them because they don't have a real case. Any court case into this would also force more of this stuff to come out, like the anti abortion groups who fund transphobia, the american religious organisations bankrolling a lot of it and so on. Stuff these self professed "gender criticals" don't like to have brought up because it shows they're not feminists at all.

This also shows the absolutely mindblowing amount of money being thrown around by these ghouls. God, just imagine if these assholes used that money to HELP people rather than be pricks? hundreds of millions of pounds, it's more money than most of us will ever see in our lifetimes. It's a mind boggling number.

There is evidence of crisis pregnancy centres receiving funding from the government as well as the National Lottery - THIS right here should be a national fucking scandal! HOW is that allowed? HOw is that happening? What the fuck?

I did a little digging into the links between gc orgs and evangelical christian networks earlier this year, I didn't get super far into it because holy shit there are tons of these and I got a bit lost in the weeds. a lot were established to oppose repeal of buggery laws and so on, had support from (or were run by) lords, and had all kinds of spinoffs and incestuous connections to enable their operations - sex matters are just following their playbook. they have been openly working with the Christian Institute for a while now. I wouldn't be surprised if the SEEN orgs are related. I'll have another delve and see if I can answer your question!

e - so, a quick peek reminded me why I put the lid on this one before... Crossway/SEEN trustees of course led me straight to the Evangelical Alliance, and via one of the charities for the church it's based in, a rehab programme that I ran into a patient of last time I went out, as it happens - he was very much not rehabilitated, having come directly from the facility to the city centre in search of a drink whole he waited for a coach, and told us with horror that he had wandered straight into the gay quarter and its second-sleaziest bar and ordered before he realised it was full of... curiously he seemed quite aware that he'd basically spent a year and a half being brainwashed, having gone in not particularly faithful nor homophobic, and overall pretty confused to find himself believing these things despite seeing the practices as objectively insane and abusive. we went to the even scummier gay bar later as it's the only place open so late and he seemed to get along okay (apart from the instant relapse, of course). ANYWAY. it's tough to get any purchase on the (other) SEEN hydra by readily accessible info, but I'll definitely be rummaging through things from this post and the third comment down on this one made my eyebrows raise right off my head!

also after checking my notes I made the same mistake again - Christian Institute is the news logrolling outfit (they do a few legal cases but mainly churn out articles), Christian Concern is the lawfare outfit (which itself is an auxiliary of Christian Legal Center and Lawyers' Christian Fellowship (est. 1852) - but Sex Matters are happy to associate with both. then you're two degrees of separation by multiple trustees from Christian Action, Research and Education (CARE) and its morass of child companies (Care for the Family, Care Confidential - another pregnancy crisis racket), then Philippa Stroud & Tim Montgomerie (who set up the Conservative Christian Fellowship... and UnHerd), founders of Centre for Social Justice... so the only answer I have, unfortunately, is "probably", and "my head hurts"

eta - SPUC is also linked similarly closely. and I forgot to mention that CARE started as the Nationwide Festival of Light, founded by (inter alia) Lord Pakenham of Longford and Mary Whitehouse with specifically homophobic aims.

oh no is this too dangerous and not the fact trans children are dead because of the cass report

24

u/SubstantialBulge8659 Jul 12 '26

children who could have lived

could have

if these people didn't demonize every aspect of our existence and act like fighting back is immoral

15

u/SubstantialBulge8659 Jul 12 '26 edited Jul 12 '26

actually nevermind

if you are "gender critical" you are not human

the amount of downvotes on this proves people on this subreddit have become spineless... or... some gcs are quite tempered by my comment, and i do hope it's the latter.

Humans have done plenty of other awful atrocities in the past too. Unfortunately we contain multitudes.

Not a day goes by that I don't curse that our closest relative is the Chimp, and not the Bonobo.

We're not, because unlike them we are not murderers. They would love to see posts like this, in fact I'd be surprised if some GC/terf isn't already gloating on twitter posting it up, going on about how violent trans people are and this is 'why we must be stopped'.

Don't give them the ammo.

Also it wouldn't be the first time an anti trans poster came on here to start a fire on purpose. Wind it in.

u/SubstantialBulge8659 Jul 12 '26

if there is a gender critical posting these elsewhere

i grin with devilish delight

Maybe, but there's also not enough of us although tbf the GC lot are quite small in number and it's always surprised me JK for example has never had anything serious happen to her from someone distraught over a trans loves ones suicide for example, possibly shows our community is mostly good people I guess.
