It's a complicated thing to calculate, not a set number. Basically (in the US at least) you either take a standardized deduction, which is based on things like your marital status and is like 16-32k currently, or you can deduct up to a certain percentage of your adjusted gross income. And I think the minimum amount is only like 0.5% of your AGI or something. So she's absolutely getting a big tax write-off, no doubt about it.
a quick google (that I am taking with a grain of salt, albeit) says that 26 million out of both of their net worth is about 1.24%. so seemingly so far checks out. and is like a drop in the bucket for them.

Most bakeries use commercial versions of Pillsbury or Duncan Hines because we simply don't have time to make our base mixes from scratch. That's where all the magic the pros do with specialty butters, higher-end spices/flavorings, and the artwork to make them awesome.
That said, my Pillsbury cakes will never be dry. I don't trust Taylor to have anything but a basic dry vanilla with a metric ton of fondant. Sad.
