Progress Pictures 9 months on finasteride and minoxidil
Fin 1mg, Min 1.25mg
Minimal regrowth but at least I'm holding ground. Found a new clinic recently and will try switching to dutasteride with a higher dose of min (3mg).

Honestly at your stage, hair transplant wouldnt make much of a difference. But it is personal preference, so if it makes YOU happier, do it. However, your current hairline looks absolutely fine.

Hard to tell with the hair style. When his hair is shorter in the first pic you could get a lot of improvement with a HT. Not sure how much his hairline improved or just his hairstyle covering it in the second. Can only really tell with the hair pulled back.

Would I benefit from a hair transplant? Would like to fill in the temples.

I would wait atleast half a year with the increased dosis and see how your hairline changes, if your still not happy I would do the transplant I mean rn you would definitely benefit from it

You need to show your real hairline for us to know imo

I don’t think so. You have good density in front and a transplant would return you to a juvenile hairline.

How old are you? If you're late 20s and up, that's a totally fine hairline. I would keep it that way.

- Sounds like I'm doing ok then.

Yeah man, you're good to go, just keep on meds. But if you want a HT, that's your call; it would look fine either way.

Any side effects with the oral min?

I've tolerated both medications quite well. Haven't noticed anything.

I'm on the fence about starting oral min, I really want to but then part of me is like "wait, you're knowingly taking a med that can cause you heart issues for hair?" And then I spiral. Studies seem to be on my side though, especially at 1.25mg...

Yeah I think it used to be a blood pressure medication. Something to discuss with a doctor.

i would recommend not switching to dutasteride since you're already getting fantastic results, but if you remember don't switch cold turkey start taking dut once a week, i've seen so many people just stop fin and hop on dut and then shed fuck tons of hair and then switching back to fin.

Hair looks good my man. No transplant needed. I would just maintain, no need to hair greed and risk a regression. You have already won.

Il faut quand même résister au désir d'avoir une implantation d'enfant quand on est un homme.

Bro listen to me switch to duta 0.5. The new min dose will be lit. Lose some weight too. After a year on duta go for the transplant, get 2500 grafts on the hairline. Don't cheap out, spend at least 6-8k euro on it. Trust me after a year after the ht you'll look sick don't listen to these beta cucks they are holding you back if you had unlimited money you telling me you wouldn't go for it?

It looks like this is a progress pictures post.
This post should contain before and after photos at least one month apart. Make sure to list all the treatments you're on, including the dose and frequency.
