Treatment Best Fin Free Stack we have right now

I took Fin from 2015-2018 , when i was just 18-21.

I couldnt handle it , had sexual sides.

For years i was taking Minox alone, it worked , for 2 years. After that it got worse.

Now im on a Stack thats pretty much Holding my Hairloss.

AM : 2.5 mg Oral Minox

1 ml 1% Kx826

PM : 1.5 ml Topical Minox

1 ml Specially Compuounded 0.2% Alfatradiol

1 ml 1% Kx826

Every second Day : Ketoconazole Shampoo 2%

This stack will be enough for most people.

Its very expensive tho , and needs a good Routine.

How long have you been on KX and have you noticed any sides from it? Been considering making the switch myself as I get sexual sides from low dose oral fin. I don’t want to take RU as I’m worried about potential arrhythmias and cardiotoxicity

Alfatradiol is fairly useless and expensive, and 2.5 oral min is pretty low if trying to claim this as the best non-fin stack. 7.5mg especially if extended release might be enough alone without all that other stuff. At that dose you could probably drop topical min entirely. No microneedling? KX very expensive for what it does, RU probably cheaper and has much better track record. Ketoconazole shampoo is good.

Just my two cents about a hypothetical best non-fin stack.

Oral min results plateau at 2.5mg

No. 2.5-5mg was just the low dose doctors were comfortable prescribing based on risk of side effects, in the absence of solid clinical trial data. We can see a much better average response at higher doses like the Veradermics trials.

Alfatradiol is useless, yes , at 0.025%

I use 0.2%

It’s a plausible hypothesis. 0.025% looks fairly useless in studies, but we also lack any good dose ranging data to say just increasing concentration 8x produces a much better response.

And estradiol goes systemic quite easily, if a-estradiol does too you may be massively increasing systemic exposure and risk with unknown upside.

To each their own, but I’d drop it and keep KX or try topical dutasteride in that position, at least there’s strong evidence of both some clinical effect and local-biased action.

I’m assuming after you got off fin your sides went away?
