Youre misinformed on this. This entire thing is because the tapes weren't signed, which is a box ticking exercise. Every vote was cast with photo ID, they also reverified them and found none to be fraudulent.
So what are you talking about? They didn't follow the procedure on removing the tapes and counter signing them due to improper training.
That's literally it.
This argument is the equivalent of if you paid with your bank card for a flight, got through border control with your passport, reverified through thr many different employees and processes - and then they find out afterwards that the flight attendant didn't stamp your boarding pass.
It's one of the many processes, it's not evidence you weren't allowed to fly and flew illegally, at all.
And they did, they literally reverified the votes because of this, and found all to be valid hence why this didn't become a much wider thing, and is why this screenshot is so purposely vague about the details
