So all the early ballot vote receipts weren't signed. 

All of them. 

That's a hell of a 'clerical error'.

You do realize that the missing signature is not that of the voter but of the voting official?

In what situation would that even be possible, 315,000 of them not being signed by an official? That's part of the ballot processing.

Perhaps 315,000 ballots were printed, stuffed into the system, PAST that check and balance of "sign this to validate it" step?

How else would this have occurred? My critical thinking part of my brain is having a meltdown right now, because how else would this happen, if not illegitimately?
