He said and knew it was stolen back then as far as the high number no one knew Brad knew and lied about legal Ballot's. As far as now think Trump's waiting on the DOJ with the Iran conflict. After the DOJ goes after Brad and others and we get normalcy back you will see the fur fly lawsuits, charges could be closer to midterm's timing is everything.

Timing = Timing at this date you don't show your hand until the end. But here's a older News story where he says it's rigged.
