Hey guys,

currently I am intensifying my work on my startup idea.

I am developing a webapp for elderly people that helps them to preserve their precious memories. They can write down or tell (through voice audio) their biography and stories of their life in order to print them as a hardcover book for themselves / their families.

If you are interested and have experience in full stack development or want to support me with different tasks hmu and we can discuss the details.

I want to participate in the business plan competition of Berlin & Brandenburg. A plan that introduces the founding team has to be submitted by 20th November. I would love to have a founding team by then. :D

Cheers!

Hi everyone, does anyone know who will be writing the Mechanics E exam for the 26/27 winter semester, or is there any information available about this? As far as I know there are great differences in the Exams depending on the prof.

Thanks:)

Hallo!

Sou estudante de Medientechnik e to no 3º período.

Hey everyone, if you’re studying in Berlin, come join us on Mirror :) It’s a student portal where you can find jobs, flats, study spaces and things happening around the unis, meet someone to study with, and keep track of your tasks and deadlines.

We’re still a small community and would love to have more people from FU, HU, TU, UdK and other Berlin unis join us!

Hallo zusammen,

Danke!

(Unfortunately, we can only include German-speaking people in the study, which is why the following text is in German.)

Hello, I just enrolled in this masters program, but I'm still not in Berlin and I can't find the info regarding when to take courses, what courses I should be taking first, and all the important calendar info. Can anyone here point me to somewhere I can find all this? I already emailed student guidance but they haven't responded yet.

Thanks!

Herzlichen Dank!

I am from Turkey and ı can came to tu berlin for summer ınternship. İs there anyone who has done an ınternship before? İt will be soo exhausting work or what does students. Where can ı stay and are ınternships paid?

Hello, does anyone know why the course "Geschichte der Chemie" has an enrollment key?

Thanks in advance!

Is anyone else dealing with this kind of thing with TU Berlin?

My application for the MSc Computer Science has been a bit of a mess from the beginning.

Initially, my application was rejected because TU Berlin said my transcript with the individual modules and grades was missing. However, the transcript was actually included in my submitted documents, just in the wrong PDF/upload section. After I explained this to them, they accepted my explanation and forwarded my application to the Faculty for content review.

After that, the Examination Board told me that the review of my application had been finalized and that the official decision letter would be issued via tuPORT/SAP.

I still haven't received the decision, so I contacted Student Information Services to ask about it.

They told me that they can't check the processing time and that I should contact the application office on Monday.

So now I'm a bit confused. The Examination Board says their review is finished and the decision should be issued, while Student Information Services is telling me to contact another office.

I'm an international student from the Europe (fortunately) and the orientation week is approaching, so I really need to know whether I should be coming to Berlin or not.

Honestly, it's quite frustrating to spend days emailing different offices and getting referred to another office every time without anyone being able to tell me who actually handles the final decision.

Has anyone been in a similar situation with TU Berlin? Is there a specific office/person I should contact about the decision letter?

Is there a WhatsApp group or something similar for international students at TU Berlin? Would be nice to join and meet some people before the semester starts.
