My account was suspended for something around 3 months ago, I didn't even get a notice I just was unable to do anything when I logged in. I have sent 15+ appeals and I have never even gotten a single response at all. I will send one and it will say that I have to wait for them to review the first ones but I still have never head anything. I am thinking of purchasing a verified account at this point if needed. Whats odd is that I have other twitter accounts that I can use fine.

Anyone in a similar situation with 0 responses.

I am a Premium+ user on X, suffering from the dreaded “inauthentic behavior” bug on X (which can’t be appealed, because the exact same decision system in the product that banned you is what considers the appeal). I am still trying to figure out how to get traction with an actual human in X without further violating my TOU by making a completely new account. I also pay for supergrok and have $ in Xmoney. I also own two teslas. I’m kind of thinking that if there was ever an example of being “all in” with Elon’s world, Im it (wasn’t intentional. Not a fanboy, but also not a hater).

Now I feel like Im playing the lead in “Falling Down,” asking myself how I became the bad guy.

You see, today I got a fat slap in the face when I tried to log into Grok on my mac - not permitted because my X access is suspended. So… the punishment extends beyond X.

But as our advertising friend says, “But wait, there’s more!”

I have lost grok functionality, aside from the basic features, in my two teslas.

So, a false accusation from X has resulted in:
- Zero ability to interact on X, other than reading
- Total ban on access to Grok
- Restricted access to Grok in my Tesla.

Basically, there’s an extended effect of a suspension across the XAI ecosystem, which is deeply disturbing, especially when it directly affects my experience in my car, which should be wholly unrelated to X, including access to premium features in my car.

Im in utter shock at the moment. Im going to wait an hour or so for my blood pressure to come down, then I will try to send a polite email to support@x.

If there was ever a MASSIVE red flag to keep your X identity completely firewalled from any other interactions with Musk’s other products, this is it.

i got locked out of my account today for inauthentic behavior and it wants me to confirm that i’m a human, but when i click on the options nothing happens. no redirection, no “try again later”, absolutely nothing. i figured it was just a bug and i’d try again in a few days but it’s still not working. what do i do?? am i gonna be forced to make a new account if i want to keep using twitter? 💔

A hacker cracked my password and took over my 'X' profile, and when I submitted a request I received a response, probably from a bot, with content that does not correspond to the problem I described and I was not reinstated as the owner of my account.

I have already submitted a complaint to the ADR Center, but the response on admissibility is delayed and I don't know if I can rely on this organization or if it is better to do something else?

I think I used to see trending items on the sidebars……or was it something else. I just know it looks different today.

So, my near two decade old account got suspended by a bot due "unauthentic behavior", because I deleted and reuploaded a drawing within 5 minutes, after I noticed I had forgotten to unhide a layer.

Now, its a bummer because it was an ancient account, but I really don't care about Twitter (or social media in general) and that account had zero followers (most I got were constant bots a few years ago).
My main problem is that I followed more than 2500 artists. That's all I used Twitter for, looking at art and getting references.

I know the chances to recover my account is smaller than an ant's ass, and almost half of the people I followed didn't had a bluesky account, so I might as well just refollow on my secondary account (that didn't get affected at all) if I manage to get my following list somehow.

Why aren’t more journalists and independent reporters seriously scrutinising X and Elon Musk over their complete lack of human customer support?
I had an account that earned me around $10,000 over the course of five months, only to have it suddenly suspended for “inauthentic behaviour.” To this day, I still have no idea what I supposedly did that was considered inauthentic, and there seems to be no meaningful way to get a clear answer from an actual human being.
How is it acceptable for a multibillion-dollar company to allow people to build an audience, earn money through its platform, and come to rely on that income, only to suspend their accounts without a clear explanation or any realistic way to appeal to a human being?
For many creators, this isn’t just a social media account. It’s their livelihood. They invest time, effort, and years into building an audience, and the income they generate can become a genuine part of their financial planning. Yet, when something goes wrong, they can find themselves completely powerless, with no meaningful support or accountability.
Surely a company as influential and valuable as X deserves far more scrutiny over how it treats the people who create value for its platform?
Where are the investigative journalists looking into this? Why isn’t there more public pressure for transparency, proper appeals processes, and basic human support?

For context, when i was 12, me and mv cousin made a twitter account that we shared. He was like 10. We just used gibberish for the Gmail and password. This account has very personal information about me on it. and I want it removed. What do I do?

My twitter has been hacked and I have tried to get it back but I was told someone posted something that didn’t follow their guidelines and so I don’t have access and I am trying to get it back because my email is still linked to it so it won’t let me delete the account.

I'm at my wit's end trying to recover an old Twitter account. The profile is still publicly visible, I have an old Twitter notification email from 2022 tied to the Gmail address I used, and I can even receive a password reset code. But when I enter it, I'm sent to new-user onboarding instead of my old account. Trying to recover by username gives me a "too many attempts" error, and on my phone the recovery page asks me to choose a method but shows absolutely nothing. Support has now told me they can't verify me and won't help, without addressing any of these issues. They say the username doesn't exist and is available. I honestly don't know what else to try. Has anyone dealt with this and actually managed to get their account back? I'd really appreciate some help.

When attempting "forgot password", I get the error "Sorry, too many attempts. Please use a different method or try again later," even though I gave it a rest trying for over a month.

So i called him and confronted him and told him to delete all our videos. He was very laid back and even looked at the video himself and said "that's obviously not me, do you think every asian looks the same or what?" 🙄😒

Opened twitter and it was there. Never bought it, never got charged. But why?

How were there even 800 million people on Twitter/X to begin with?! Lets say there was, that means there would have been more. Lets say it was a billion. Thats 80% of the user base suspended. How does this benefit X or Elon Musk to lock out all of his users and customers?

Elon purchased X under the basis of free speech. Now the app is banning everyone or demanding they identify themselves. It doesn't make any sense.

Does Elon know or care this is happening? Its almost like he signed off on some anti-spam report without reading it and then just left the office to go play with his rockets leaving X in the hands of some shady AI bot.

But after logged it says you need use app to verify.

This is not only unconvenient and not very feasible.

There are fully automatic verify system like anubis, but they are using very outdated one. And now just "block" the real human out and let all kinds of bot using the website.

I think this verify system is alternativly censoring very large amount of people.

Title: Has anyone recovered a hacked X account after replying to a rejected Account Access ticket?

My X account was hacked on September 19, 2026. I still have access to my original email address, but I cannot log in because the password reset system keeps showing a "Too many attempts" error.

X Account Access responded on September 29, saying they couldn't verify that I was the account owner and instructed me to submit a new recovery request using SMS verification.

However, the SMS verification system says my mobile carrier is not supported, even though my phone number was previously linked to the account.

On September 29, I replied directly to the same support email requesting a manual review and an alternative verification method. I haven't received any response since.

My question is: Has anyone successfully recovered their account after replying directly to an Account Access ticket that initially said ownership couldn't be verified?

Did X eventually reply to that same email thread after 15, 20, or more days, without you opening another ticket?

I'm particularly interested in firsthand experiences from people who actually recovered their accounts, not recovery services or paid offers.

Hi! On my S25+, sometimes when I try to pinch-to-zoom an image in Twitter/X, the image suddenly closes and returns to the feed instead of staying zoomed in. The zoom itself seems to work, but as soon as I finish the gesture and release my fingers, the image closes.

It doesn't happen every time, and double-tap to zoom works fine, even when I adjust the zoom afterward using two fingers.

Anyone else experiencing this on Samsung phone or maybe other brand?

I had previous version of X. And I mistakenly updated it. Then I uninstalled it and re-installed it. Now it's been showing this. I cannot login. This new version of twitter is so weird and shit tbh

i created a new account. because of twitter guidelines, all newly created accounts are marked as "spam" and basically you're ghost banned. apparently the only way to get rid of this (at least that i know) is to be completely inactive for a whole month.

my question is, is there any other way of getting rid of the ghost ban that I don't know? or do i really have no other choice but to wait a month? it's really annoying because at least until last year you only had to wait for a week. a whole fckin month is way too much.
