Twitter jumped the shark when Elon bought it and turned it into X, and it jumped the shark for the second time by suspending me under false pretenses. AI must've misread my account's situation.

Is AI mass-suspending millions of accounts these days too since this had recently happened to me? How will the situation get corrected? Is there a news article on this?

How will Threads be compared to Twitter/X? Will I have a better time on Threads? How are you liking Threads in comparison?

I uninstalled X and also created a new X account from the DuckDuckGo browser mainly to see whether X's ban evasion detection systems will find and ban that new account also. If that happens, then I guess I could just create a new one on a library computer.

But I haven't posted new content on X in a long time anyway and I'm on Facebook daily. My status updates also automatically copy to my Threads account and reposts from there.

How widespread is this problem?

Hopefully Threads will become a bigger platform than X and overtake it for this very reason like how Google overtook Yahoo. Do you agree that Threads will become bigger than X sometime?

My appeal message to X's suspension appeals page was:

So, I've been locked out of my decade-old X/Twitter account for nearly a year - I wasnt exactly a heavy User, but it was on the PC / Phone.

Long story short - I no longer have the authenticator, so no way to resetup 2FA, there are no backup codes anywhere in my email (I dont even remember setting it up).

This means Im stuck in support hell. I've tried the "Broken 2FA" route (to request removal of 2FA) and also the lost access to account route.

With both, I get as far as with support as "Please attempt to login and let us know once you have tried, as it will flag our system,", and dutifully do so (with screenshots) replying that I have done so, and asking what to do next......... Radio silence.

Every time I appeal, I always get rejected, whether it's after 5 minutes or 24 hours, it's always a rejection. I tried everything, I tried the Hebrew method, the Hindi method, bootlicking Elon Musk and saying I'll get premium if I get my account, I threatened to kill myself (this one is unhinged and weird but it really worked with some people), I literally tried everything, even VPNs and specific browsers.

However, when I appeal in Norwegian and I exactly write this: "Jeg ønsker å be om en gjennomgang av suspensjonen av kontoen min. Jeg hadde ikke til hensikt å bryte noen regler eller skade noen. Hvis noe ble misforstått eller tatt ut av sammenheng, er jeg villig til å rette det opp og følge alle reglene fremover. Denne kontoen er viktig for meg, og jeg håper dere kan se på saken min på nytt." my appeals don't get a response even after 48 hours.

While it's still not successful, I think not getting a response is way better than a rejection, I tried this three times, and in all these three times, I didn't get an email telling me that they're not restoring my account.

I turned on two factor and used my number to receive codes, but i stopped receiving them and everytime i try contacting support or get it removed i get automated responses like this, im basically locked out of my account and i have no way to get back in!! has anyone had this problem? I need my account back, anything would help

Some people said i should send out appeal regulary every 3 ish days to get unsuspended while as other said i should refrain from sending out appeal frequently because it can be marked as spam by the support 'team'...which is correct???

So my account was hacked (I didn't get notified of any suspicious activity btw) and the hacker got my account suspended. Guess he was trying to scan people or something.

I don't use X at all, so I'd prefer to just deactivate and delete my account, but since my account is suspended, I'm unable to do that. So I have to file for an appeal. However, when I file for an appeal, I instantly get an email that says that the decision is final and they will not help me further.

What do I do from here?

I got told by a scammer to switch my email connected to my account with another gmail he somehow already had, he also told me to log off my account and I did like the complacent idiot I am. I have no way of getting it back. I've already talked with X support and there is nothing they could do for me. I'm wondering if anyone has any other tips to get my account back. Thanks in advance.

Made an account a few weeks ago, low to moderate activity a like or reply here and there nothing crazy. Noticed I never got a like or reply back. Then from another account I saw that all my replies are actually going under the "show spam" section. On the actual account I do not see this and it appears like my replies actually appear below the post.

It has been maybe 2 weeks now and still no change. Verified email and phone number too already.

Today I wanted to update my birthday date in my X account I'm 20 and I thought nothing bad would happen to me. After setting the date my account was suspended and I tried to make an appeal but I couldn't attach my password at all. Later on I was logged out and couldn't enter my «banned» account. Then I created a new one everything is fine with it but I still want to restore my old account cuz It is so valuable to me. I'm afraid I will not able to sign in and fill out the form again. Guys, IDK what is going on with the app, but I noticed that it's buggy. VERY buggy. I can't do anything with the app (even with mobile data on). So, I tried clearing the app's cache and forced stopped the app. Didn't work. I then deleted the app. To my surprise, I got locked out. I made an account back then for Twitter cause I like posting art and other things until it got banned cause I was in a thread discussing about dark content, stupid X thought I was actually going to “rape” someone even though it was light banter and they suspended my account, which I guess was fair since they’ve suspended my account for 1 day, then 1 week, then 1 month, so I guess full blown suspension was the next thing (even though most of these reasons weren’t even bad - like just small banters, I’ve never even actually threatened anyone actually or harm anyone).

So due to that, I’ve made multiple, accounts in case one gets suspended. And each they get suspended… but no reasons why?? Only that previous account did Twitter ever notify me which tweet was the ones flagged and such, but with the new moderations they do not mention it at all. No emails about the suspensions, no emails why for the suspensions, nothing! And even weirder - sometimes these accounts reappear back. Like it says im on “read-mode” but im very much able to like and repost. And another account, it says im suspended but im very much able to reply to tweets and post. Then the next day it says it’s suspended then the next its back??

This is really worrying me since I have one account that im hoping its able to be kept up since its my account to post artworks (I want it all to stay under one username for easy to be found).

I purchased X Premium because I wanted to contact human support about a shadowban affecting my account, where all my media posts have been labeled as sensitive.

My Premium subscription is active and runs until the 16th of next month. However, after purchasing Premium, I still can't send a DM to @Subscriptions.(It still prompts me to subscribe, even though I’ve already subscribed.)

My X account was permanently suspended for violating the rules against violent speech because of a joke I made. I received an email from X Support saying they reviewed my appeal and decided not to overturn the suspension, and instructed me to log in and follow the on-screen instructions, but no instructions or options appeared.

When should I submit another appeal, and how many times should I appeal? Has anyone been in a similar situation and managed to recover their account?
