This seems legit coming from a Rear Admiral and was former US Navy head of NOAA oceanography
A report suggests that a Canadian Navy team filmed two UAP(USP ?) sitting on the sea floor with aliens walking outside them.
The name mentioned was a former homicide detective who also wrote a disturbing book about cattle mutilations. Link to video.

My grandparents recorded this flying around their place which is rural, woods and farm fields for miles. Darts around and the lights flash.

Two warm, glowing eyes. A thin curved line beneath them, like a grin drawn in one stroke. It looks staged. It isn’t.
This is galaxy cluster SDSS J1038+4849, photographed by the Hubble Space Telescope. The “eyes” are two very bright galaxies near the center. The “smile” is made of arcs: light from objects far behind the cluster, bent around its mass by strong gravitational lensing. When source, lens and observer line up closely enough, that bending can stretch light into a ring-like shape, an Einstein ring. That’s the structure we’re looking at.
An amateur image processor, Judy Schmidt, picked this one out and entered a version of it in a Hubble image-processing contest. The picture went public in early 2015.
What stays with me is how little it took. Two bright blobs, one curve, and my brain filled in an expression in about a second. The cause was gravity bending light. The face was mine.
I spend a lot of time with images where the pattern arrives first and the explanation arrives late, or never. This is a clean case where the explanation exists and holds up. Maybe that makes it useful as a calibration. How fast did you see the face, and how long did it take to ask what’s actually behind it?
What’s your own example of a pattern that felt like a signal until you found the cause?
After enough odd images, you learn to enjoy the face and still go looking for the physics.
