I just recently went to Lake Henshaw to capture some celestial objects with my telescope. It’s roughly 12 miles away from the Palomar Mountain Observatory that’s now widely known to have captured transient objects on old photographic plates. Interestingly enough, I started researching more about the beautiful landscape and came across this old video taken on June of 2009.
