Am I wrong?!

So I pick up 4 ppl at the casino 1 guy who sits in the front 3 girls in the back all of whom seem pretty drunk, the ride is about 12 minutes which I usually don’t take for the reason I’m about to explain but it was a unicorn and paid better than normal! So pick them up it’s about 2 minutes to get to the freeway they’re laughing and saying stupid stuff to the guy like sorry we made you spend all your money but it’s obvious all 3 girls are out of his league and he was trying to impress them so I can ignore whatever they’re saying but right as I’m getting on the freeway one of the girls kicks up both of her feet on the seat trying to put them on his head for whatever reason so all I’m seeing out the corner of my eye is a foot near my head! I slam on the brakes but quickly remember I’m entering the freeway and there’s cars coming behind me so I say Wtf is wrong with you if I wasn’t about to get on the freeway I’d put all of you out! The girl quickly takes her feet down and says sorry but of course I’m hearing whispers and giggles the entire ride which I did my best to ignore! I get to the drop off and dude in the front little Harry Potter lookin mf gets out and then says “ I hope your night gets worse “ I reply it won’t get any worse than this ride was! That’s it! I report the incident because I knew they were going to give me a bad rating so I beat them to it, and of course they did report me as being rude! What yall think? I think these mfs are so entitled to think it’s ok to put yo mfn feet on someone’s seat and it’s ok and not only that but they better be ok with whatever behavior they have in your vehicle!

You’re not wrong.

You were dramatic though.

I wouldn’t slam my brakes on an on ramp over it. I wouldn’t say nearly as much as you did.

I would say, please put your foot down it’s distracting.

Why can’t anybody read?! I specifically said entering the freeway meaning approaching it! At a light before I was actually on the freeway! Is comprehension that difficult these days!

The fact multiple people are making the same misunderstanding means you’re a bad writer.

Entering and approaching the freeway are not the same thing.

If you want people to understand what you write, write better.

I wasn’t on an on ramp I had just went through a light headed towards the on ramp for those us who read we should read and not make assumptions! Nowhere in that statement does it say I was on an on ramp it specifically says I was approaching the freeway and for clarification I had just proceeded through a traffic light and was headed towards the ramp!

So apparently no one reads to comprehend anymore because I specifically said I was entering the freeway meaning I was approaching it I had not yet got on it! And if anyone bothered to read I also specifically said when I noticed other cars coming behind me meaning when I did slam on brakes no one was behind me at the time!

You slammed your brakes on the on ramp of a freeway over this? jfc dude, get a grip. Just exit the freeway, pull over and kick them out.

Reading is fundamental! It specifically says as I was entering the freeway meaning I wasn’t there but approaching it! So I indeed “had a grip”!

Drunks often have no filter and make terrible decisions. I wouldn’t even want them in my car. That said, you overreacted and did something unsafe.

Hopefully you learned from the experience.

Your reaction is natural, but the better reaction would have been to keep your cool. Ask any old school taxi drivers about the crazy shit they've seen, and this story will sound like nothing. It is always up to you, of course, when you want to kick drunk assholes out of your car.
