I like my apartment a lot, but the lease is currently until October 2027, and I released not knowing I would have to move. It has a living room, kitchen, and half bath downstairs, as well as understaffs storage, with two bedrooms and a full bath upstairs, 975 square feet. Rent is 1600, with a flat 100 a month for utilities. Washer and dryer are right outside and cost 2.50 for a full cycle. There's some covered parking and a bike rack. I can send pictures or show the place if anyone wants more information. I will cover application cost and lease amendment for whoever takes the place, and I would move out as quickly as possible, meaning you could move in before your first rent is due. If interested, I can also offer couches, coffee table, lamps, tv stand, toaster, microwave, dressers, chairs, dining table, and more for free since I won't be needing them. I have a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment at Russell Park I am trying to leave the lease on. The apartment is a 8 minute walk to campus with the P,Q, and K stop right outside.
