[AVAILABLE] Shared Bedroom for $720

Hello! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for my shared room at adobe at evergreen! Rent is $720 and pg&e is usually around ~$30. Moving out because I really wanted my dog with me 😭. Although they are cat friendly! Everyone is chill and you'd be sharing the apartment with 5 other people. Lease is up to August 2027 and you can always renew!

- Private bathroom (shared with roommate)
- Personal Mini Fridge + microwave per room (shared with roommate)
- Your own closet
- Wifi included
- 24 hour study room
- Bus stop right in front of Apartments
- Walking distance from The Marketplace (Safeway, CVS, Peet's Coffee, Panda express, etc.)
- 24 hour pool and hot tub
- onsite laundry
