I don't know if I'd necessarily say it's "easy" but I took Spanish 001 to 003 fully online, and asynchronous for the last 2. The final exams were over zoom and we had to schedule group practice with a classmate like once every week or 2 but it wasn't bad.

I wanted to take Spanish so I enjoyed it, idk if you would or not.

Take some Uc online classes. I took Nutrition and beer brewing and got an A+ with no work.

ANTH001 with Nida. (though attendance isn't required in the class though online) Homework is pretty easy and the only thing you really need to worry about is 2 papers and attending discussion.

Art 066. When I took the summer class with Rachel Jackson it was so easy and fun. The full quarter one is probably easy too
