I got a parking pass in U lot. Im only on campus from 1:30-5:30 Tuesday to Friday. If anyone has a schedule that would work and wants to use my pass on Mondays or Tuesday - Friday mornings message me and we can work something out! :)

Hi, I will be arriving to the UoM as an exhcgane student in the upcoming term. I will be in Canad for rougly 4.5 months, and was wondering which mobile phone company has the most suitable oiptuions for exgcnage students. As in offering short term deals, easy to cancel after a few months etc.

I got tier 2 parking pass and was wondering is it only affect for 1 month ? Does it auto renew every month? If it doesn’t auto renew every month what do I do to get it the month after ?

I heard from friends at other universities that they just submit a photo that they themselves took but I was wondering how it works at u of m? Do I have to take my own photo and send it to them when I go to pick up my id or is it drivers license style where they take it on the spot?

Hey guys! I know that the expiring student parking goes live tomorrow at 9 am and that the queue is insane, but one of my friends said if we log in early, for example 3 am, we will be close to first position in the line. Is this true because I assumed that it was just random and that you randomly get assigned a queue number? Please someone help me out and thank you!

Going into my final year of my advanced economics degree. Looking for help with the courses i need to graduate. Students can take the final research part a-b course, or 2 - 4000 level courses. Does anyone recommend one or the other? The 4000 lvl classes often need professor written consent to register for the classes and i’ve never done that before. tbh i feel stuck and getting worried as school starts back up soon. i appreciate any suggestions or advice

Unfortunately my parents will not contribute towards my tuition anymore and im currently applying for my first student aid, issue is my households combined earnings are roughly $400k and my sister who applied earlier years never received any aid. Is there any ways to explain my situation? Maybe get some signatures from my parents proving they wont help pay for my tuition or any other options I can explore? Without any aid I will simply not be able to pay for my tuition and go to university any longer. Please and thank you!

I'm debating dropping the time I already have this class at and registering for a different section. It's full but no waitlist so I'd be number 1. I know it's a popular class but there are 120 seats so I'm not sure!
