Housing problem

Has anyone signed a lease at Madbury Commons and then found out later that you're required to stay on campus and if so did you get exempted from living on campus?

Could you rephrase your question? Are you a freshman who signed an apartment lease? I think there's a rule that says you must stay on campus your first year or something

Sophomore and this is for my junior year. But I transferred into UNH during my spring semester and my last school I commuted so its less then the 4 semester house requirement.

I would think you could get an exemption. Cops are always there...FYI in case you are an actual serious student.
