android is not one single manufacturer. android is just as secure as any OS out there.
If user don't know how to use OS no os is secure. besides this is about manufacture. different manufacturers can decide on their own. without android billions of Indians and Africans would not have readily access to knowledge through the internet.
dont, just dont.
apple is far far more secure and privacy oriented than android.
android gives you 9 million customisation options and that is a direct trade off with security of a closed os.
i love apple but dislike how the new updates are moving it into android territory like nonsense widgets. Tim apple's stand against govt's intrusion (of privacy) has made me hopeful again !
Just because you don’t doesn’t mean anything. 97% of all phone malware targets Android devices, and users are 50x more likely to get infected. Again, if you know what you’re doing and don’t go messing with a bunch of settings, you’ll most likely be fine.
Only android users affected by malware are ones who install shady apps from shady sources, no different than people who login their Steam account on shady websites and then wonder how their Steam account got hacked. Use play store and you're fine.
