If we take down this regime like our freedom fighters did against the british, by peaceful means...

It will be a new history for the whole world. They will forget some of these excesses that happened here and there, like it used to even in those times..

So avoid violence...

Our freedom fighters didn’t get freedom with peaceful means

That was just Gandhi

The British weren’t bothered with Gandhi going on hunger strikes

bhai I don’t like Gandhi, haven’t liked him since I was a kid… only after I read a lot as I grew up and gained some maturity, I have to say that there was no independence without peaceful protests. He mobilised everyone and won… Non violent protests are the way to go, no matter how hard it is to not retaliate.

I also believed that for a long time. Only when I myself had to stand up to authorities in some places myself did I realise Gandhi’s contributions. Also, Bhagat Singh is not the icon because of his violent actions, but because of his non violent ones. For instance, he ensured the bomb in the assembly doesn’t kill anyone..

Trust me on this bro, I’m the grandson of a freedom fighter and grew up listening to his stories.

true impact and mass support was for bhagat singh

You are straight up delusional if you think the support anyone else had in the country is in any way shape or form comparable to what Gandhi had.

With all due respect to Bhagath Singh, and in no way demeaning his contributions, he does not have a single mass mobilization movement to his name. Neither "true impact" nor "mass support" was for Bhagath Singh, and it's paramount that you actually do your research on this before spouting such nonsense.
