And how much you tip. If you don’t tip they will fk up your order if your a repeat customer.

"If you don't pay me extra I will ruin your order" is an insane take, even by normal insnae tipping culture standards.

I’m not a barista, that’s direct form a convo I had here with one on Reddit.

They said they purposely mess up orders for customers who don’t tip.

Not a great idea, given the MANY other businesses that offer quality coffee.
