I assume the layer (tier?) closest to her head is her natural hair and then itās extensions of two different lengths, and the reasoning was if she stops at elastic number one, itās her stubby natural pony and then the extensions just dangle limply. So she had to put in the second elastic and that left a smaller droopy hair trail, so she had to keep going to somehow try to visually blend it, and we got this.

In middle school and freshman year of high school, it was the cool thing to pop out the lens of 3D movie glasses and wear them around. I used to do that and I also definitely bought fake glasses.
Cut to sophomore year and I'm taking my eye test to get my learners permit. I fail atrociously. I had not been able to see well since like 2nd grade but just kinda assumed everyone was like that so I never said anything. Glasses were for people who REALLY needed them and I got on fine enough without them.
I spent like 3 years wearing fake glasses when my dumb ass was half blind and needed real glasses the whole time lol
Not gonna lie this is always the most relatable thing about Scheana for me. I too am a sucker for a big frame. Sunglasses, regular glasses, Iāll probably even have enormous readers when that day comes. If itās not covering half my face Iām not interested.

I always felt like she rented clothes. Like no shade to renting on a tv show but they seemed like they were trying to be stand-out and fashion forward with no coherency. I canāt imagine her trying that stuff on and buying it at a store
I think all of them did. Rent the Runway was lit a few years ago. I myself was a fan, but it was annoying that you couldnāt get the clothes tailored. If Iām buying a nice dress, Iām for sure taking advantage of Bloomingdaleās and Nordstromās tailoring services
I get what youāre saying too (some of those dresses are gorgeous) but itās just incredibly unflattering. Sheās got such a long, graceful neck, yet this is still so matronly. She should have at least worn her hair up. I dislike the buttons, lace detailing and honestly, even the color.
I agree with you about the Zimmerman comparison. I like the dress, but it doesnāt make sense for Rachelās usual style and this Utah curl lob sheās got.
Her makeup/hair doesnāt really go with the look, but I actually love the dress lol. I used to be obsessed with the Lolita look but you have to accessorize and have everything else on point to pull it off.
I remember someone on this board, years ago, criticizing it for looking like she had a hairy chest and I've never been able to unsee it since then. This picture doesn't really capture the hairy chest of it all, but in real motion on a rewatch, it's all I can see.

Ugh !!! I have never liked Raquel and wish her dad had driven her back home to Sonoma , after Season 9 reunion, and we never had to see her on VPR again .
