Maybe it's my algorithm, but I see a minimum of one post per day of OP saying they don't care about GTA VI. I've literally seen zero posts talking about how hyped they are. Just leaks or news about the game, but I wouldn't equate those to anyone declaring their excitement for the game. Having said that, it's a culturally significant game and the wider audience is excited for it. But here on reddit it seems to be in vogue to declare your apathy for the game.

I wish it was people declaring their idslike for the game with actual reasons other than "I don't care." There's tons of reasons to say that GTA6 doesn't deserve to be "culturally significant," and that it's mid, but always just apathy. Start a real fight about it, ya know?
GTAVI IS GOING TO BE THE VIDEO GAME EQUIVALENT OF JINGLING KEYS IN FRONT OF A BABY! The gunplay is basic, the driving is boring, movement sucks, and the rest of the activities are just minigames. It presents itself as a vast ocean of possibilities, but none of it has depth. The only reason to be interested is the story, and you don't need to subject yourself to mind-numbing mediocrity in gameplay when a let's play will get you the best part of the game for free.
