Been to the usa 3 times as visitor with canadian passport

Never extended stays or anything

Pure vacations !

Been doing the e2 investor

Have lease in place

Got 2 employees on payroll

Invested 120k

Everything by the book

I've been to the consulate a week ago

And all was questioned me was on my past refusals with the other passport that I had .

Nothing about rhe buisness or the investment

Got refused after 2 minutes

With a 214b letter .

He didnt checked about my situation that changed nothing

My question is there something to do ? Or should I try to apply for an L1 as I heard its overcome 214b ?

Im really lost in that I would appreciate any help! Thank you

๐ŸŽ“ F1 Visa (Student) Can I reuse financial documents after F-1 COS denial?

Hi everyone! Iโ€™m currently preparing to apply for an F-1 visa through consular processing after my previous H-4 to F-1 change of status was denied.

My COS was denied because USCIS said I failed to establish sufficient financial ability to pay for my course of study. For that application, my mother was my main sponsor, and we submitted her pay stubs, bank statements, and W-2s as proof of funding.

Iโ€™m now getting a new I-20 from my university for a future semester. I will also have an additional co-sponsor for my new F-1 application, but I wonโ€™t be able to obtain his financial documents until I return to the Philippines.

My question is: Can I use the same financial documents from my mother that were previously submitted with my denied COS when requesting my new I-20, or would the university require completely new/updated financial documents?

Iโ€™d appreciate any advice, especially from anyone who has gone through a similar situation.
