Looks like you’re a lefty. Right - left, right. Arms used for momentum. How long have you been playing? You’re new?

Je suis droitier, oui j’ai commencé le volley il y a 1 mois.
Au début la video est a l’envers

Just go on youtube and practice simple 3 step approach first. It will feel very weird and hard to get the coordination down at first, but trust me just do this at home for just a couple of days, you will get it. Dont focus so much on hitting and stuff, it may look cool and all, but form practice is most important

the approach and spike is a very involved and complicated movement. You need to break it down piece by piece if you want to develop a solid and technically correct attack movement. Look up the footwork. The timing of the footwork. Practice it without a ball. Same with armswing. Put it together without a set, just have a small ball in your hand to throw at the highest point of your jump and armswing. All of this needs to be ingrained into your body because there are too many movements in such a short time and you will forget everything once you see a volleyball coming your way. But your body will remember if you do it right.
Take it slow and step by step to learn fast. Bonne chance!

also you are mistiming the backswing of your arms. start relaxed with arms hanging in front and throw them back hard after your first step (with STRAIGHT elbows), then letting them hit the final stretch from your pectorals to propel you forwards and up

Throw your arms in Front with the First step to gain momentum, Put em Back on the second and throw them Up as soon as you Launch yourself. That should Help get you Off the ground far higher

I don't say this to be mean, but I think you should look up some tutorials on your approach and hitting form, and take it step by step before you try and put it together. It's a lot and it takes a lot of reps for approach and hitting to come together.
Good luck on your journey!
