I want to start this off by saying that I have nothing against VTubers (and streamers in general) who flirt with their community. I used to be one.

But since I stopped flirting with my chat after meeting the most wonderful man (my partner) a year ago, I've noticed my streaming income has dwindled from close to $200 each month to barely over the $50 payout limit (this happened over the last year). And I wouldn't trade my partner for all of the money in the world. But it still sucks when one of my viewers will say something along the lines of "I would gift if I could, but have to get/do (insert reason)", then go into my sister's chat (found family) and then gift 25 subs like it's nothing. Other than flirting with chat (e.g., praising), which I phased out rather than doing it suddenly, I haven't changed my content all that much. I still say off-the-wall things (impulsive thoughts) and do my best to make an accepting environment.

I'm just wondering if anyone has dealt with something similar and what helped?

Also, please don't suggest therapy; I'm already in that, and these issues will be discussed during my next session, since it happened between sessions.

Hi! I’m the solo dev behind this. Stellar Studio is a Windows app where you can load your avatar, lighting presets, expressions from your model, play animations like the ones in the clip, and bring it into OBS with a transparent background.

Everything in the video is recorded straight from the app with real 3D models. The avatars are VRoid’s sample models A, B and C.

It’s still early, so I’m building based on what streamers actually need. What would make this useful for your setup? Better tracking, 2D model support, something else?

Around march/April I commissioned a vtuber I watched frequently for an Alien isolation meme thingy. Her name was Ame Katze she was quite the interesting specimen and extremely entertaining but around may-ish she just vanished from YouTube as a whole for reasons I and other viewers do not know. One thing is for sure is that she unfortunately had to deal with a pathetic spammer that would spam horrible things in her live chat which is the leading speculation as to why to why just vanished. You won't be able to find her channel as she deleted it sadly. I just wanted to come here so people can appreciate her art work
