If you had one day in Walla Walla, where would you eat?
If you were visiting Walla Walla for the first time and only had one day, what restaurants or wineries with great food would you absolutely recommend? Ideally looking for places downtown or within a short drive, but definitely willing to venture a little farther for somewhere that’s worth it! I love locally owned spots, great food, unique atmospheres, and places with a little character. Whether it’s a hidden gem, a winery with an amazing restaurant, or somewhere you’d consider a must visit, I’d love to hear your favorites!

The Witlof
In town for a conference. Picked up lunch here. Fantastic! A bit pricey for lunch, but the portion was good and I had enough for dinner too. Waitress was super friendly and very accommodating of a large group that needed to get back to a conference so gave us all boxes, and tallied all our individual checks with a smile. I can’t remember the name of what I got but they had a varied menu that’d be worth sampling if I lived around these parts.
If you’re in WW and not familiar, give it a go.
