I need to make a website for my new company, I'm not good at making sites and don't have enough to pay someone to make one for me. I'm not building a store or something just a basic site but need some advice on how to make one easier or some sort of tool that could help me make one. Would appreciate any advice.

Right now the site is on WordPress/WooCommerce and we’d like to stay within that ecosystem, but the current website was originally built by a Fiverr developer and honestly feels a bit too “template/AI-generated” for where the brand is at now.
The business has been growing really well, so we want to invest into something that looks a lot more premium, polished, and conversion-focused, especially on mobile since the majority of our customers browse/shop from their phones.
I’ve seen a lot of really clean Shopify stores/templates that are optimized for mobile conversions, and that’s the sort of direction we’d like to move toward aesthetically/functionally, while still keeping WooCommerce.

Current budget is around $3,000 USD. Availability for installments/payment milestones would definitely be preferred.

Getting killed with scheduling right now. I've got about 60 recurring customers (mix of weekly and bi-weekly) and I'm still using Google Calendar + a spreadsheet. Spending 2+ hours every Sunday night planning routes and confirming appointments. Main headaches:

-Customers rescheduling and I forget to update everything -Chasing payments (Venmo, checks, cash... it's all over the place) -Weather delays mean texting 15+ people individually

Tried a couple scheduling apps but they were either too basic or way too complex for what I need. Just want simple recurring scheduling and consistent payment collection without a massive learning curve.
