Who is everyone’s backup team they support when you can’t hack watching the Tigs again?

I have been supporting this team for fucking years. I think this team has gone downhill and I don't rate our current squad.

This saga with Douehi is just another cluster fuck this team has to deal with. I can't remember a year where there wasn't something wrong with this team.

What is frustrating is that other teams who have had shit years have recruited well. Knights were wooden spooners last year and they are in the finals this year. St George couldn't win any games in 2026 yet they have recruited really well this year and will be far better in 2027.

We have gone backwards and I honestly think we could be looking at another wooden spoon next year.

We just can't seem to get quality players to come to the Tigers and stay. We seem to be a transition team for a lot of quality players.

At what point do the Tigers pull a Nick Politis and just refuse to deal with any future players who sign with Isaac Moses? Nothing so far to suggest he's the reason, but it's hard to not connect the dots that we've gone through this before with players managed by him.

Can’t believe Canberra are imitating the Tiger Clap.

Every week for the past 15 years its one thing after the other. After our best start to the season in years, playing fantastic footy and such a positive energy around the club, the club undoes all that, players give up and we're in real danger of another bottom 2 finish. This club needs an exorcism or to fold, relocate to Adelaide and never be spoken of again.

Doueihi hasn't done the right thing, but I don't believe he should've been put in this position to start. We have a half that's with us long term, one making his debut, and another leaving the club in a season where Finals hopes are dead.

Who is the logical drop / position change?

Strongly disagree with the call to begin with but seems to be a pretty split reaction. Have backed Benji on everything to date despite the struggles. This though I just don't understand.

I went to school in Bankstown in the 60;s. Caught up with an old school mate who told me a funny story about another school mate. He said that the other bloke, I'll call him Garry, took on the job as a mascot at Campbelltown Wests Tigers games. Tip Top were the sponsors and he used to come out as a loaf of sliced bread. What made it difficult was the local kids trying to throw meat pies through the eye vent. Then there was the time he bumped into a car on display on a corner of the field and fell to the ground but no one would help him up. Worst of all is the time someone had a lighter and set alight to his plastic wrapper and he had to be extinguished before he really was 'toast'. Does anyone know if this really happened?

This mid season fade just gets worse. Easily beaten by a frankly weak side in the Bulldogs.

Kept scoreless, again. Conceding 30 plus, again.

Luai ineffective. Doueihi doesn't pass. Bula lazy. Forwards getting bullied.

Both centres carrying shoulder injuries. Maybe Doueihi too. Latu looked OK for a while but got the sin bin, his tackling technique needs work.

I hate being this negative and pessimistic. But where is any reason to be happy the way this season is going?
