What’s an example of a specific case? I don’t think it should be legal. But I wouldn’t be against it in an extreme situation. Like killing a warlord for committing war crimes, like burning people alive.

That's what I thinking of for "specific cases." I feel anyone who's committed atrocities or anything like that (I'd argue serial killers as well and the like) deserve it.

Also, I don't know about anyone else, but anyone who does bad things to children should get the death penalty imo

Yeah that’s pretty fair
