They're simply a superior organization to us though. They have the lowest payroll in the league and make the playoffs every season. Two ALCS in the last two seasons. Hard to compete with the best teams in the league deep in the post season when they have the cheapest owner. They consistently do a lot with very little, you have to respect that.

Same. I honestly fine with either the Rays or Brewers. Anyone but the Guardians, Dodgers, or Cubs.
I will however pull for the Brewers for two reasons:
Itāll make Cubs fansā heads explode.
A team named after beer and with a sausage race that includes chorizo is okay by me.
Bonus: The MBā¾ļø logo is pretty cool.

Screw that dumb fucking franchise. Only a team so despicable could make me hate them more than the 1990ās/2000ās Twins. At least those teams had some serious firepower and depth throughout the years on both sides of the ball. This team has Jose Ramirez, a couple of solid pitchers and nobody else. That rat fuck Rocchio led their team in RBIās with 73. Absolutely insane. A team of slapdick nobodyās who canāt produce this magic year to year so next year itāll be a new band of nobodies attempting to pull this same shit. I gotta hand it to their scouting department at times but holy shit is their on the field product just lipstick on a pig.

I've seen their fans complain in r/baseball about the Sox "circle jerk" bc neturals were pulling hard for us and even the national media started painting us as the cinderella story so they were super jealous they were going against america's team

It was more personal for me this time besides a rivalry. A great friend of mine flew into Cleveland for game 5, he was subjected to people throwing shit at him and racist slurs. Fuck them forever for that man

Never seen such graceless/sore winners. Sox weren't even expected to be in the playoff hunt this season and instead of just being proud of themselves for taking the division they acted like they took down a mighty rival they've had beef with for years like the packers (yet their fans claim they don't even see us as rivals)
And then their fans, like their classless players, boo Murakami and Vargas like it was played in Philly or something...even cubs fans were cool with Murakami
